Crown Pinion into New Machined teeth

Machined teeth Crown Pinion for Mill no. 02 & 03 as per Mills drawing number SCSM-NP-057 dated 16.04.1999. Crown Pinion Data: No. of Teeth : 16, OD : 1110, PCD : 944 mm, Circular Pitch : 185.35397, Root Dia : 710 mm, Face width : 530 mm, Bore : 510 mm (As per mill roller shaft size) Material : Cast steel as per IS : 1030-1989, Gr. 280-520W Finish weight (New) : 1700 kg. approx.. Important notes & main jobs to be carred out: 1. Casting of new crown piions as per Mills drawing. 2. Machining of teeth as per drawing. 3. Machining of bore of crown pinion to suit the diameter of roller shaft i.e. 510 mm with standard tolerance. 4. Machining of tangential key ways 02 nos. per pinion as per shaft size with maintaining standard tolerances. 5. 7.5 mm x 45 degree chamfer to be provided on bore. 6. Casting should be free from blow holes, flaws and pitting. 7. Old worn out corwn pinions will be provided by the SCSM. 8. Material test certificate and UT report to be submitted along with supply.

Old worn out Crown Pinion (Scrap) will be provided by the Mills to party. Party will quote seprate rate on per kg. basis. Final weight of old material will be considered as per SCSM weighment scale at the time of dispatch of material
