SPECIAL REPAIRS TO INTERNAL ROAD FROM RP POST TO TRG AREA UNDER XXXXX AT ZAKHAMA MIL STN

Material and labour for Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 Sqm and depth exc 50mm and n.exc 100 mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40 mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20 mm size), using granite, trap or basalt stone, spread, rolled with smooth wheeled power road roller 8 to 12 tone and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing unsurfaced water bound macadam surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer (vg-10) @ 10 kg per 10 sqm complete allas specified and directed.

Material and labour for premix bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) with having bitumen of VG-30 of any penetration @ 4 % by weight of total mix and spread with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tone power road roller to required gradient complete all as specified all as directed.

Material and labour for preparing old road surface with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc scraping with brooms and finally fanning with cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc of existing black top surface & applying evenly a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer @ 5 kg per 10 sqm with paving bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick bituminous premixed carpet consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chippings mixed with 29.20 kg of binder VG-30, spread with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tone power road roller to required camber and gradient complete all as specified by using bitumen complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying Liquid seal coat, evenly binder @ 9.8 kg per 10 Sqm blinding with 6.3mm size stone chippings @ 0.09+ cum per 10 Sqm and spread with mechanical paver and rolled and compacted with 8 to 10 tone power road roller to required greadient complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to pot holes to any depth, n exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in road, paths etc cutting around edge to excceding 30 mm depth and making good by applying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm, putting in premixed bituminous mecadam , well ramed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 63 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chipping) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work of stone/boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for lime and sand stone kerb of fine dressed squared stones of size 15cmx30cm dressed so that maximum depression from a straight edge held against the dressed surface shall not exceed 6mm for top and exposed surface of sides and 20 mm for the rest of surfaces jointed in cement mortar 1:6 and steuck flush all as specified and directed.
