Construction and Maintenance of Khajuripada to Sargisahi via Rajaamba under MMSY-TRIP Scheme in the district of Gajapati for the year 2025 2026

ROAD Clearing and grubbing road land in area of light jungle including uprooting rank vagetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees girth up to 300 mm, removal of stumps of tress cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned upto a lead of 1000 metres including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness including watering and cost of labour, cess & all materials etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of Cement Concrete Grade M-15 & M20 including T&P and scaffolding wherever necessary, sorting the dismantled material, disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead of 1000 metres

Earthwork in cutting in hard soil of road way withinthe initial lead and lift including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in depth etc complete as per the

Earth work in excavation of in disintegrated rock not requiring blasting to be removed by pick axes and crow bars and depositing material with initial lead and lift including dressing the sides & leveling the bed of the foundation to the required width & required depth including dewatering if necessary and stacking the excavated materials away from working area etc.complete and as per specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Blasting hard rock and compacted sheet rock excluding sand stone measured in solid including jumping holes cost of explosive fuse, detonator etc and stacking the blasted debris clear of work within 50 m lead etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50m lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clodds to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers not exceeding 0.3m in deptg and as per direction of EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits transporting to site by mechanical means within a lead of 5kms, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 & Clause 305 of MoSRT&H specifications for Road and Bridge works (4th Revision) with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Payment of earthwork will be made compacted level section) only

Construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded and compacted to meet requirement of Tables 300.1 and 300.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 301.5 and as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing Close graded Granular Sub-base Grading-III material as per table-400-1, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost, conveyance taxes, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty cess complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mixer (Pug Mill), carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers in sub-base/base course on a well prepared sub base and compacting with smooth wheel roller of 80 to 100 KN weight to achieve the desired density including lighting, barricadding and maintenance of diversion etc. as per Tables 400.11 & 400.12 and Technical Specification clause 406 with cost of all labour, T&P and with cess, royality, additional charges, DMF 10% & EMF 5% over royalty and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
