Structural assessment, Non destructive testing and repair and retrofitting design for residential building No P-13 and P-15 Servant Quarters at RR Hospital. There are two Identical blocks G plus 3 RCC framed structure The consultant carry out the following inspection at the site and shall be submittedd the documents Visual inspection, for surface damages, delamination, spalling, local weaknesses, etc and their damage classification. The visual inspection shall cover all the residential units and all the structural components, Visual inspection would be documented in the form of worksheets, photographic records, and distress over drawings, sketches etc All the observations shall be be tabulated duly giving reasons for observed damage and remedial measures for each type of distress and damage in conjection with NDT results

Rebound Hammer For determining the estimated compressive strength of concrete and uniformity of concrete in terms of surface hardness as per IS 13311 Part 2 1992. Non Destructive Testing Non Destructive Evaluation of the structural elements by various tests at required locations and structural assessment based on these parameters

Ultrasonic Pulse Velocity Test for ascertaining the quality of concrete, soundness and density of concrete, uniformity of concrete in terms of density as per IS 13311 Part 1 1992, ASTM C597 83, BS 6809 1981 and BS 1881 Part 203 and BS EN 13791.

Carbonation Test Measurement of carbonation depth by phenolphthalein spray test at selected location on RCC members of the structures covered under the study to see the depth of carbonation as per BS EN 14630 2006, 13295 2004. Ratio of carbonation depth to cover depth is also measured to check the intensity of carbonation attack on steel bar.

Core Test Extracting the concrete core samples at select locations from RCC members of the structure covered under study and evaluating the properties fck value, grade of concrete in the laboratory from the core samples selected as per IS 456 2000, IS516 1959, IS 1199 2002 without encountering any steel reinforcement of RCC members at specified locations with portable power driven core cutting equipment

Concrete electrical resistivity test Conducting electrical resistivity test for estimation of likelihood of corosion based on electrical resisitivity values.

PH value test To draw samples of concrete and pH Value test to check alkanity of concrete as per relevant IS 456 2000, BS 8110.

Chemical analysis To draw samples of concrete and carry out chemical analysis of the samples including measurement of Chloride Content

Slab Load Test Load carrying capacity analysis and deflection measurement of any kind of slab of building as per IS 456 2000

Structural design and drawings of the various components required to be strengthened reconctructed in the buildings , along with methdology of execution of repairs and retrofitting works.
