Dismantling of existing L T Panel and electrical system after disconnecting incoming and outgoing connections of panel, Cable connections, removing the cables from panel, removing the existing material using labour, tools and tackles etc. as per site requirement.

Fabrication of L T Panel Board cubical type (one for Left Part and one for Right part of complete panel), floor mounting, dust & vermin preventing construction of the minimum size 1800 X 1100 X 900 mm, including Base frame, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWG CRCA / GI sheet, with provisions for cable entry from bottom. The panel should have required 2 chambers for fixing 200 A FP and 100 A FP MCCB, 2 chambers for fixing 160 A TP MCCB, 4 chambers for fixing 100 A TP MCCB and 2 chambers for fixing 63 A FP MCB, all with phase indicating Lights etc. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance and having doors complete with locks etc. for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars at top has to be 1000 Ampere for three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction duly sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves. It should be duly painted and with complete provisions suitable for all the switchgears as below to be fitted / installed. The insertions of the panel will be as per following details.

Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of rating 200 Amp, Four Pole, 415V, AC of breaking capacity ICU -36 KA or more

Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of rating 100 Amp, Four Pole, 415V, AC of breaking capacity ICU -25 KA or more

Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of rating 160 Amp, Triple Pole, 415V, AC of breaking capacity ICU -36 KA or more

Moulded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) of rating 100 Amp, Triple Pole, 415V, AC of breaking capacity ICU- 36 KA or more

MCB of rating 63 Amp, Four Pole.

Indicating Lamp, Led type for R/Y Phases

Indicating Lamp, Led type for B Phases

MCB, 6 Amp, SP, ‘C’ Curve.

Charges for installation / fixing of the above material in the panel with complete mounting arrangement for switchgears /indicating instruments etc. in their respective chambers in the Panel complete in all respect as per requirement.

Charges for making complete internal connections of switchgears with the main bus bars in the Panel through bus bars links as required along with making all the required wiring connections for all indicating instruments with all the accessories etc. complete in all respect as per requirement.

Fabrication of L T Panel Board cubical type (Middle Part), floor mounting, dust & vermin preventing construction of the minimum size 1800 X 1650 X 900 mm, including base, suitable for indoor fixing, made out of 16 SWGCRCA / GI sheet, with provisions for cable entry from bottom. The panel should have required 2 chambers for fxing ACBs as incomers, 2 chambers for metering for incomers & 1 chamber for Bus coupler with bus bar at top. It should be suitable for operation and maintenance and having doors complete with locks etc. for each chamber. The rating of main bus bars at top has to be 1000 Ampere for three phases and half for the neutral in Aluminium construction duly sleeved with phase indicating heat shrinkable Sleeves. It should be duly painted and with complete provisions suitable for all the switchgears as below to be fitted / installed. The insertions of the panel will be as per following details..

Ampere Meter 96X96 mm Digital type

Current Transformer 1000/5 ampere.

MCB, 6 Amp, SP

Charges for installation / fixing of the above material in the panel with complete mounting arrangement for switchgears /indicating instruments etc. in their respective chambers in the Panel complete in all respect as per requirement.

Charges for making complete internal connections of switchgears with the main bus bars in the Panel and bus coupler connections through bus bars links as required along with making all the required wiring connections for all indicating instruments with all the accessories etc. complete in all respect as per requirement.

Supply cahrges of above Panels up to the site including transportation, loading and unloading etc.

Fixing of the new Panels with base frame at the site including all other work as per site requirements.

Assembling all three parts of the L T Panel by connecting together including joints and main bus bar joints and other required joints for making complete one L T Panel as per site requirement.

Making the incoming connections to the Panel by making required Cable connections between the main supply through existing cable including providing & fixing of consumables as per requirement.

Making the outgoing connections of the 150/160 A MCCBs by Connecting MCCBs in panel to the incoming side of starters Through cables as per site requirement, with proper thimbling and tapping etc. including providing & fixing of material as per requirement.

Making the outgoing connections of the 100 A MCCBs by Connecting MCCBs in panel to the incoming side of starters Through cables as per site requirement, with proper thimbling and tapping etc. including providing & fixing of material as per requirement.

Making outgoing connections as required for lighting loads by connecting MCCBs or MCBs from the panel including required connections etc .

Testing and Commissioning of the Panel Board first at NO LOAD and then at ON LOAD and Operations as per the satisfaction of engineer in charge.
