M & L for Serviceing and repairing of Oil Cooled Servo Voltage Stabilizer , by disconnecting of all incomming and out going cable , opening of top cover carefully, cleaning of motor , service connection ,gear pininon and replacement of minor spares such as fuse, diode, carbon brushs, holder, internal electrical wiring and electronic accessories and insulated properly by varnishing, greasing, CRC spraying, electrical connections, filtration of transformer oil, making electrical connection by replacing the consumable spares such as gaskets, rubber oil seals complete etc but other spares as listed here-in-after shall be replaced and cost of spare parts as supply only shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item after that testing of servo voltage stabilizer in presence of Engr-in-charge , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge capacity servo voltage stabilizer 200 KVA thre phase.

(b) Spray painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make / quality all as directed at site. (c) Writing the SM MES No of transformer on MS body of transformer all as directed .

Supply only new Servo stabliser oil of dielectric strength not be less than 60 kV and conforming to IS-335 of 1993 for filling/ topping up oil of stabliser up to desired level complete all as directed.

Dehydration and filtration of existing servo stabliser oil of stabliser at different location with filtration machine and heating system to get the minimum di-electric strength of oil 60 kV minimum without disturbing the power supply system and refilling/ topping up /replacement of unserviceable stabliser oil complete all as specified and as directed.( Note: Stabliser oil required extra for filling/topping up shall be measured and paid separately under the relevant items of this schedule).

Disconnection of existing Air Circuit Breakers (ACBs), 3 Pole/4 Pole,manually/electrically operated, fixed/draw-out type, AC 440 Volts,breaking capacity 50-100 kA, rated current 800-2000 Amps, form all incoming and outgoing electrical connections,checking serviceability of each components viz. ON/OFF button,CTs, tripping coil, shunt trip device,auxillary switches,locking arrangement,safety shutter,arc shield etc., replacement of defective lugs,thimbles etc.,replacement of defective parts, through cleaning of ACB both internally and externally, reassembling of parts including reconnection of all incoming and outgoing electrical connections after repairs,testing and commissioning,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The work shall be carried out through Authorised Original Equipment Manufacturer's Service Centre Engineers or through OEM Certified Agencies as approved by the Engineer in Charge. (ii) Spare Parts for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items of this BOQ here in after.
