S&F in repair for PVC (Plastic polymer Cistern) valve less, Symphonic action type, flushing cistern of capacity 10 liters, low level, white with inlet, ball valve, manually operated with one PVC ball valve horizontal plunger type including provision of 32mm PVC flush pipe of required length and making connections complete including taking down by dismantling the existing unserviceable cistern of any description completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair gun metal globe or gate valve with iron wheel 20 mm dia completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Vitreous china squatting pan of pattern Orissa Pattern size 580x 440 mm white with ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap , front or back inlet but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe fixed in repair including placing in position in floor and embedded in cushion of PCC 1:7:12 type E-1 and finishing the top surfaces to match with the existing flooring completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement - Internal Plaster complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of white wash completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick premium quality vitrified colour tiles , light shade (square/rectangular) polished area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade / colour / matrix of the tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for coloured non-skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm(square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc 15 mm thick cement mortar screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for colour glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 450 x 350 x 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over 10mm thick backing coat of CM 1:4. completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F in repair CP Health Faucet (ABS body) mild steel for 15 mm dia pipe with 1.25 m long flexible tube and ABS wall hook including making connections and fixed in position complete in all respect as specified.

S&F in repair sinks made of stainless steel lmm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar on to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 495mm x 420mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm completed all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
