Dismantling of existing damaged electrical item aluminum cable connections and all GI strip earthing from equipment as per site required at each pump set by cutting welding by skilled labour. After power supply disconnected from LT panel/LRS as required.

Cleaning of cable tray by removing of dust by wire brush, air blower, old dhoti, cleaner etc. and moisture/rust removing by CRC with the help of manual labours, helpers at site.

Repairing of MS perforated cable tray by cutting welding and grinding work by changing of defective parts and damaged clamps to form the tray structure by using all tools and tackles and man power as required. Proper fixing of cable tray, connectors, bends and tees including painting work as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size on cable tray as of size 240 sq. mm to, the cable provided by dept. if required. (clamped with 40x3mm MS flat clamp). DSR (E&M)- 2022, Item No. 7.8.4

Fabrication and fixing of connection plate of 3 phase induction motors made by insulating material is made of Bakelite with bolts, the terminal blocks are high strength, withstand high torque. As required size w.r.t. motor.

Making cable connection by fixing above tube terminals at the end of above laying cables 3 core cables with LT panel/motor by tightening of nut bolt as required and the cable connection should be covered with PVC tape as required.
