M&L steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified , type 410 SP 55 (11 meter long) and shall be in confimity with IS 2713 ( Part 1 to 3) including protection against corrosion as per Para 19.3.6 of SSR Part-I complete incl external surface painted with two coats of aluminium paint over one coat red oxide primer incl prepration complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Earth work and other connected items shall be measured and paid seperately)

Material and labour for cross arms, bracings, supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including preparing the surface complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Danger notice board of size 25 com x 20cm and 1.6mm thick with mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT installation of 11 KV structure yard complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150mm height, 150mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix switch air break, gang operated, triple pole, vertical type, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps with drop out type fuse assembly and working pressure 11000 Volts complete with 12 insulator etc complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fixing Voltage stabilizer for automatic operation, three phase naturally oil cooled indoor type & designed for input variation between 340 V to 460 V with output voltage stabilized at 415 with accuracy ± 1% and speed of correction 50 Volts per second and of capacity 250 KVA complete all as specified and directed. (Make : ITE gurgoan or equivalent as approved by GE)

Supply,laying & testing cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded, galvanised, steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable, (heavy duty) 11000 volts grade, with stranded aluminium conductor of size 3 core 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed. Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 m in deep & not exceeding 1.5 m wide and getting out in soft / loose soil including leveling and ramming complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, refilling in trenches exvcavated soils, including spreading leveling & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated surplus soil to a distance n.exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in foundation of poles fillling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in coping of poles fillling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L clean dry sand in trenches/ ducts for cushioning to cable 8cm below the cable and 15cm above the cable after laying and stretching the cable and punned to 18cm thick complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : only punned thickness shall be measured for payment purpose).

Supply & laying in trenches unreinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV type-I flat, size 300x180x40mm for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Laying Sub-Class old size B Bricks, well burnt, laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for horizontal boring under the road below 1 mtr from the road surface and dia of hole not exc 100 mm without damaging the existing road getting out and disposal of soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m from the site of work all as specified and as directed.

S&F GI Pipe 80mm bore light grade ISI mark conforming to IS 1239 with all fittings for passing of cables fixed to pole / wall / laid under floor or roads including all fixing accessories complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earthwork shall be measured and paid seperately)

M&L for earthing complete of advance encapsulated compound based CPRI tested maintenance free, pipe-in-pipe technology upgrated (Zinic & alloy coated) Zinic coated (80-100) microns with pure (99.9%) & alloy coating (200-250) microns earthing system confirming IS-3034 the outer and inner pipe should be 76.2mm & 41.9mm dia 2 mtr length zinic coated with additional special alloy coating 300mm on the topside for additional protection of the terminal the annular space between the pipes being filledup with compact fill(CF) (Crystalline conductive compound) the compact fill (CF) mixture which is machine pressed in the pipes should not disintgrate or collapse when outer pipe corrods, the inner pipe should be extended with terminals for connectivity. The job includes digging the pits and refilling the same by electrode/conductolite back fill compound (Ground enhancer)the BFC should dbe eco friendly it should not contain environmentally hazard materials having ROHS certification from NABL accredited lab. The earth pit should be provided with a FRP earth pitcover for protection and safe guard of terminals. In area where soil condition is bad good earth is to be arranged to fill the excavated pits by mixing the same with BFC 4 bags (as per soil condition) extra perpit/unit. As earth electrode is the main component of the earthing system which is indirect contact with the ground and thus provides ameans of releasing or collecting earth leakage current. The materials should have a good electrical conductivity & anti corrosion properrty in wide range of soil condition complete and testing on completion including dismantlingh unserviceable earthing complete all as specified and directed Make ASHLOK/true power/interlac Note:- Earth result should be obtain minimum 1 Ohm.

Supply, lnstall, testing & commissioning of Transformer floor mounted capacity 400 KVA step down, outdoor type 11/0.433 KV, 50 Hz, AC double wound core type, copper wound, oil immersed , air naturally cooled with external cooling tubes transformer delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN- 11(Vector group 4) and having tapping as per IS in equal step of 2.5 %, changed by means of off load tap changing arrangement. The voltage regulation shall be as per lS 1180 Pt -1 of 2014 including first fill of transformer oil as per lS -335 and including all fitting /accessories of transformer as specified in SSR Part-1 and lS-1180 Pt -1 of 2014. The transformer should have cable box on LT side and brass brushing on HT side. The limit of Temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-l and lS-1180 Pt -1 of 2014 shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temperature prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:- (i) 01 No Cable box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with bushing brass rods and nuts washers and cable glands of suitable size for reception of cable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete. (ii) HV bushing with arching horn on 11 KV side (iii) Oil conservator with ilter type drain valve and oil level gauge. (iv) Dehydrating breather with irst tilling of Dehydrating Agent . (v) Explosion vent (vi) THERMOMETER Pocket (vii) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing 32 x 6 mm Gl strips

(b) Factory test shall be carried out by the the Rep of Accepting Officer at factory permises after manufacture and before despatched at site. Contractor shall arrange for factory visit for Rep of Accepting Officcer for testing at factory. (c) Pre commissioning test shall be carried out by AEI/EI at site before completion of work and energisation of transformer. Contractor shall be provided all necessary testing equipments T&P etc. at site. (d) Any thing missed out above but technically required for proper operation of the Transformer is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply, lnstallation, testing & commissioning 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts Outdoor type Bus bar Feeder pillar box 'Pedestal type' confirming to IP 43, CPRI approved, factory fabricated & factory assembled, waterproof, dust and vermin proof cubical type with locking arrangement, LT Penal made out of suitable size angle iron, channel and fabricated from 3.15 mm thick (minimum) CRCA sheet with anti-corrosive coating and finally epoxy polyester powder coating of flint grey shade (RAL - 7032), independently housing for each control switch gear and indicating lamps with & including busbars made of pure copper duly insulated with heat retardant fire proof (HRFR) heat shrinkable sleeves of relevant colours. Bus bar shell be properly supported/mounted on epoxy insulators. all live parts and joints shall be insulated with (HRFR) shrouds, conforming to IS, including provn for cable gland and lugs for incoming and outgoing cable and connecting suitable earth strips. Suitable openable doors shall be provided of all operational switchgear and MCCBs and detachable cover shall be provided on all other accessories.
