PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR INSTALLATION OF OVEN IN TRS SHED INSIDE ALUMINA REFINERY PLANT AT NALCO, DAMANJODI

1.1.1/P62Removing the excavated materials,debris of any description and any other waste materials,spoil including loading into trucks/tractors using baskets by head load or any other means and transporting by trucks/tractors and unloading at the earmarked places, spreading / levelling complete and disposal inside plant within 1 KM lead.

2.6.1Earth work in all kinds of soil in over areas, foundation, trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift upto 1.5 m in all type of soil.

2.6.2/2.26.1Earth work in all kinds of soil in foundation, trenches or drains including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift from 1.5m to 3.00m including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus earth as directed within a lead of 50 M. Disposed soil to be levelled and neatly dressed. Lift from 1.5m to 3.00 m in all type of soil.

2.27Filling of sand under floors in trenches sides of foundations etc. including supply of sand and watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing etc. all complete as directed by Engineer-in- Charge.

4.1.3Providing and laying plain cement concrete at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.)P.C.C.1:2:4 (1cement: 2coarse sand: 4graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

4.1.8Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)at all depths below and upto ground level in foundations,fillings,non-suspended floors including tamping, curing etc. including the cost of centering and shuttering etc. as specified or directed in any shape,position, thickness and finishing the top surface rough or smooth etc.all complete(CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE.).

5.2.2Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete work in foundation, roofs, slabs, lintels, beams,chajjas, columns,walls in vertical or horizontal fins, bressummers, shelves, suspended floors, landing, balconies, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc. in super structure up to floor five ( V ) level , including necessary curing, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge but excluding cost of reinforcement, centering and shuttering etc. complete (CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE). With RCC grade 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 sand: 3 stone aggregate).

5.9.2Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for walls, columns, pillars, posts, struts, lintels, roofs, cantilevers, roof beams as directed by Engineer-in Charge.Work below and above ground level up to all heights, in all shapes and sizes.

5.22.3Bending / Binding and placing in position high yield deformed bars reinforcement or cold twisted deformed bars reinforcement for R.C.C.work at all height and depths, carting the same from store/issue points to site of work, straightening, cleaning, bending to required shape and lengths as per details including supplying and binding with contractor's own soft annealed binding wire and placing with proper cover blocks, supports, chairs, spacers and return of unused/ scrap/ unserviceable steel to owner's storage point etc all complete. (REINFORCEMENT STEEL/TOR STEEL SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO's STORE)

6.2.2Providing & laying brick masonry in foundation and plinth in any shape including all complete in Cement mortar (1Cement:6 sand), incuding cost of materials, all labours, curing, scaffolding etc. ( Ash bricks and cement will be issued free of cost at respective location.)

12.1.2Fixing in position CGI Sheets/translucent fibre reinforced plastic sheet of standard sizes/PPGL sheets/ Aluminium alloy sheets including taking delivery from NALCO's Stores for all works in roofs, walls, gables, claddings and louvers etc. including all accessories like self drilling screw, stitch bolts ,limpet washers, bitumen washers etc. including cutting, mitering, drilling, temporary, scaffolding, staging with safety rules, all labours, tools tackles etc. all complete at all height.(CGI SHEET/TRANSLUCENT REINFORCED FIBRE GLASS SHEET/PPGL sheets/Aluminium alloy sheets SHALL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

13.2.2Providing and laying 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement: 6 course sand) on the rough sides of single or half brick wall or masonary work using approved type sand including curing etc. all complete for a hight up to 10 metres from ground level.( CEMENT WILL BE ISSUED FREE OF COST AT NALCO'S STORE)

15.2Dismantling and demolishing cement concrete work including disposal of debris/ dismantled material lead of 50 mtrs. as per the direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

15.3Dismantling of R.C.C. work including stacking of bars and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 mtrs. lead as directed including cutting reinforcement bars from RCC work etc. complete.

15.28.1Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc.,and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of :15.28.1 G.S. Sheet

15.18 Dismantling steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats and channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking within 50metres lead.

10.2Transporting, fabricating, and fixing Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work/rails, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required, in columns, beams, trusses, purlins, gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates, grills, doors, shutters , windows, ventilators and similar works, including all materials and labours all complete as directed by Engineer in charge.( Required Structural steel will be issued free of cost by NALCO ).

10.2 Providing and fixing bolts including nuts and washers complete.

13.62.1 Supply and application of two coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and shade on all kinds of structural works including cleaning of old surface etc all complete with all labour tools, tackles, consumables etc all heights as per direction of Engineer-in-charge at all heights.

13.73.1White washing with lime to give an even shade,including all materials, labours, tools & tackles:13.37.1 New work (three or more coats) .

10.6.1Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete,including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters.10.6.1 80x1.25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover

10.8.2Extra for providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters with all necessary electrical arrangements, including all materials, tools & tackles. 10.8.2 Exceeding 16.80 sqm in area

10.21 Providing and fixing M.S. rivets of required sizes in position, including supply of materials, all complete.

Supplying and fixing of heavy duty galvanised chemical anchor fastner of Hilti/equivalent make type HSL-3 or HY 150 or approved equivalent of dia. 16mm and appropriate length shown in drawings.(max. 300mm long) in concrete to take direct tension of minimum 1.6 MT including workmanship ,drilling , cleaning the hole ,placing and alinging the fastner , including all tools and materials etc. all complete.

10.16.1Steel work in built up tubular ( round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc.,including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.10.16.1 Hot finished welded type tubes . ( Steel pipes will be supplied free of cost by NALCO )

18.12.4Providing and fixing G.I. pipes complete with G.I. fittings including all materials, trenching and refilling ,testing etc. External work of 32 mm dia nominal bore
