ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF SWITCH GEARS AT PS-1 AND PS-2 AND VITAL AIRFIELD INSTALLATIONS AIR FIELD LIGHTING SYSTEM INCLUDING CERTAIN CONNECTED WORKS INSIDE TECHNICAL AREA OF AFS GWALIOR

Supply, Installed, Testing and Commissioning in repair, CPRI approved cubical type LT Panel floor mounted in door type for 415V, 3 phase 4 wire system 50 Hz AC supply with Copper bus bar duly colour coded, for neutral supported with DMC/SMC insulators colour coded with heat shrinkable sleeve having short circuit current with stand minimum 21 KA for one second complete connection from bus bar to breakers with suitable copper cable , factory made fabricated with CRCA sheet totally enclosed, dust weather and vermin proof for outer shell and 2 mm thick for inner shell having TPN Aluminium bus bar rating 1.6 times that of controlling MCCB supported on SMC insulator with short circuit withstand capacity 35 MVA for 1 second, bottom base channel MS section not less than 100mm x 50mm x 5 mm thick, entire panel shall have a common Aluminium earth bar of size 32mm x 6 mm at the rear with 2 Nos earth stud, solid connection from main bus bar to switchgears with required size of copper wiring with minimum 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated copper conductor cable , cable alleys, cable gland plates in two half , general construction confirming to IS-8623/93 and mounted on suitable PCC foundation for the complete panel base with follwoing detailed specification & control including dismantling of old LT panel, complete with suitable fixing accessories The panel board shall be fabricated from the reputed CPRI approved firm and shall be suitable to accommodate the following complete all as specified and directed :- OUTER SHELL :- The outer shell shall be made of 2 mm thick CRCA body & MS angle section 50x50x6 mm frame with front & back openable, single door system lockable/ openable by keys from both sides having flush pattern fancy locks with louvers & air vent gasket for natural flow of air. The bottom of the outer shell contains a detachable plate having provision for entry of armoured cable of adequite size of glands. The dimension of the outer shell should be adequite to accomodate inner shell described below 50 mm space all around and shall be fabricated in such a way that the comple inner shell alongiwth its control gears and accessories should be taken outside without disturbing outer sheel. The outer shell shall be mounted on a zinc metal coated stand. Provision of threaded earthing studs at bottom and lifting lugs of suitable size at top to lift the feeder pillar box safely shall be made. Computer cut self adhesive vinly danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be providid. The degree of protection of outer shell shall be IP-54.

INNER SHELL :- Inner shell made of 2.0 mm thick CRCA body compartmentalized for each control gear, front openable single door system lockable/openable by keys from both sides having chromium plated fancy locks (2 Nos in each compartment) having louvers and air vents gasket for natural flow of air "U' type gasket shall be used to make the inner shell completely vermin proof and to accomodate incomer/outgoing MCCB's and TPN copper bus bar and extension links of rating not less than the 1.5 times rated capacity of the respective MCCB's. The TPN bus bar and extension links shall be insulated with colour coaded heat, shrikable sleeve and shall be mmounted on suitable size 'F' class through out the length of the TPN bus bar. Computer cut self adhesive vinyl danger notice plate having conventional symbol of bone and skull shall be providid on bus bar chamber. All control wires shall be with not less than 1.5 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor and shall be properly bunched. tied, ferruled for proper identification and crimped with adequite size of lugs. The cubical shall have a bottom channel of size 75x50mm duly coated with zinc metal coating. A detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness 3.15 mm zinc metal coated should be used at the bottom, indicating lamps LED type, 230 Volt, AC at the incomer of the unit to show three phase availablity at the incomer. An inspection lamp with 11 Watt CFL shall be fitted on top side of inner shell. The degree of protection for inner shell shall be IP-42 and carry the following controls. :- (A) Incoming :- (a) ACB 4P,800A, 50 KA -01(Electronic/Microprocesssor type) (b) Indicating lamps for three phases - Qty 1 set of 3 Nos (c) The Power lamp inside the panel and a connection from the incoming power supply. (B) Outgoing:- (a) MCCB 3P, 400A, 26KA -02 No (Adjustable magnetic type) (b) MCCB 3P, 250A, 16KA -02 No (Adjustable magnetic type) (c) Changeover swith three phase 415 Volt 315 Amps - 01 Note:- 1. The rate includes the cost of earthwork and PCC for grouting the panel with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm, 90 CM below the ground level and 60 CM above the ground level. 2. All the MCCBs shall be Ics 100% of Icu. 3. The panel shall be provided with a back grill.

Dismantling of air circuit breaker of capacity of 800 Amps to 1250 Amps of any pole/make/model from the panel, checking, servicing, cleaning of breaker with CRC-226, removal of old grease and re-greasing with recommended grease, checking the condition of moving and fixed contacts, checking the tripping mechanism, tripping of ACB manually through voltmetric release, adjust freeness of DN and volt metric release trip rod, checking the proper tightening of hardware, checking the presence of all circlips, alignment of jaw contact with cradle terminals, checking the condition of ACB wiring, adjusting the gap between hylem sheet and side plate, checking the condition of arc chutes, under voltage relay, shunt release, auxiliary contact, checking the release by secondary injection for O/L, S/C, E/F, setting of release as per the load, Checking the healthiness of the CTs, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Spares shall be measured and paid separately under the appropriate item in the schedule as supply only.

All as per the above item but ACB of 1250 Amp to 2000 Amp complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only burnt-out closing, tripping, shunt, or UV coil of ACB, of existing make as per site through an authorized representative, including interlock wiring with suitable copper wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only charging motors 220 V AC suitable for ACB 800 Amp to 2000 Amp, of existing make as per Site complete with all accessories

Supply only Main Fixed contacts (Upper terminals) suitable for ACB 800 A to 2000 Amp, of existing make as per Site complete with all accessories.

Supply only Main isolating contacts (Jaw contacts) suitable for ACB 800 A to 2000 Amp, of existing make as per Site complete with all accessories.

Supply only Arcing contact assembly (set of 01 No fixed & 01 No moving) suitable for ACB 800 to 2000 Amp, of existing make as per Site, complete with all accessories.

Supply only manual charging handle for ACB 800 A to 2000 Amp, of existing make as per Site complete with all accessories.
