SCHEDULE "A"
Item no. 1: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ISEER certified & minimum 3 star rated, factory designed, prefabricated and floor-mounted twin scroll type water cooled chiler machine of at least 52 TR nominal capacity complete with hermetic scroll compressors having independent refrigerant circuits & automatic stepless capacity control, water cooled S/T type condenser, S/T horizontal flooded type evaporator with MS shell and seamless copper tubes with elastomeric insulation, suitable numbers of hermetically sealed inverter compressor/s, unit mounted variable frequency drive (VFD) along with necessary drive arrangement, lubrication system as per manufacturer's design required for smooth and trouble -free operation of the chiller package, common base frame, interconnected copper refrigerant piping along with elastomeric insulation, fittings, valves, expansion valves and accessories to interconnect compressor, condenser, chiller and expansion valve, microprocessor based control panel comprising of controls including sensors and equipped with a keyboard, LCD touchscreen access input system, protection and monitoring devices to perform control functions, wiring, vibration isolators, gauge panel, automic safety controls, flow switch at evaporator and condenser and ozone friendly, CFC-free refrigerant R410A/407C all complete as specified and directed by the engineer in charge.
The chiller shall conform to the following requirements / specifications [i] chilled water inlet/outlet temperature: 12/7 °C [ii] Evaporator fouling factor : 0.00010 °Fft²hr/Btu [iii] evaporator side pressure drop : 3.5 m of H2O (maximum) [iv] condenser water inlet/outlet temperature: 32/36 °C [v] condenser fouling factor : 0.00025 °Fft²hr/Btu [vi] condenser side pressure drop : 6 m of H2O (maximum) [vii] Minimum : COP @ 100% load: 5.6 at ISEER conditions [viii] Minimum NPLV: 7.511 KW/KW at ISEER conditions [ix] Refrigerant (Ozone friendlytype) R410A/ 407C NOTES: (i) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of variable frequency drive (VFD) configured in accordance with site parametes, Victaulic coupling and system integrator capable of giving industry standard (modbus/BAC net) output to BMS for cirtical parameters. (ii) Mapping shall be required for all critical points displayed on the chiller control panel. The chiller shall be BMS compatible and shall have RS485 / RS232 serial communication protocol. (iii) The unit shall be suitable for 3-phase, 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz AC electric supply, with a built in microprocessor based control panel. (iv) initial / first charge of refrigerant gas & compressor shall be deemed included in the quoted rate. (v) Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of chillers, etc. shall be deemed included in the scope of work.

Note :- Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of pump, mounting of suitable DOL/Ster-Delta starter device and pump accessories shall be covered in the scope of work.

Item No. 5 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FRP RECTANGULAR SHAPE INDUCED DRAUGHT COOLING TOWER, vertical, counter flow with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, suitable for 125 TR AC plant capacity, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity upto 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory set and dynamically balanced blade pitch, inlet, outlet, drain and over-flow nozzle connections, etc. and TEFC squirrel cage induction motor suitable for 3- Phase, 415 ± 10% V, 50 Hz AC electric supply having IE-3 efficiency and conforming to IS 12615: 2018 complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Necessary civil work viz. foundation, supporting structure, etc. for placement of cooling tower shall be covered in the scope of work.

Item No. 8 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of double-skin type horizontal, floor-mounted, top/side discharge AIR HANDLING UNIT (outdoor type) capacity 17500 CFM having corrosion resistant extruded aluminum hollow profile with thermal break, 16 gauge galvanized steel channel base frame, 43 mm thick double skin panel with pressure injected CFC & HCFC free PUF having 'k' value of 0.02 W/°C/m & density 40 kg/m³ pre-coated, pre-plasticized, galvanized outer and inner skin 0.60 mm thick, air-tight casing using gaskets and self-adhesive tapes, AMCA certified energy efficient fans with double inlet, double width forward or backward curved impellers for high static pressure mounted on aluminum extruded siderail base frame, combination of 6 rows deep chilled water coils with anti-corrosion copper fins, combination of 2 rows deep hot water coils with anti-corrosion copper fins, PVC/naylon hinges & handles, view port and marine lamp, limit switch, SS-304 drain pan, 10 micron pre-filters, inspection windows/doors, mixing box and supply/return/fresh air dampers complete all as specified and directed.
The AHU shall comprise of the following: [a] Suitable DIDW fan with AMCA certified blower having outlet velocity not exceeding 9.2 m/s. [b] 4 Pole, TEFC, high efficiency squirrel cage induction motor having BHP rating 20% higher than the peak capacity, suitable for 415 V ±10%, 50 Hz, 3-Phase AC power supply. [c] V-belt drive assembly with pulleys, belt, guard, etc., double canvass connections with zip to discharge duct/plenum, etc. [d] 50 mm thick, washable HDPE, 90% down 10 micron pre-filters, filters, fixing framework, hinge type access doors, etc. [e] 6 row deep chilled water coil section with copper fins and copper tube tested on 21 kg/cm² with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. [f] 2 row deep heating coil section with copper fins and copper tube tested on 21 kg/cm² with SS sandwiched drain tray, etc. [g] AHU panel made out of 2.00 mm thick CRCA sheet, in compartamentalised construction with incomer and outgoing feeders for AHU motor, 3-way valve actuator motor, fire damper actuator motor, etc. complete with required variable frequency drive (VFD), relays, timers, contactors, PT, push buttons, switches, internal wiring, etc. Note :- Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of AHU, mounting of variable frequency drive (VFD) panel, construction of opening(s) for fresh/exhaust air etc. shall be covered in the scope of work.

Item No. 12 : Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Hot water Generator suitable for 57 kw output, 304 shell type electrical hot water generator for hot water output at 81° F(27.22° C), tested for 350 psig pressure, having resin insulation bonded with fiber glasswool along with aluminium cladding, thermostat for individual step, digital thermometer for inlet & outlet pipes, pressure gauge with ball valve for inlet & outlet pipes, SCR based stepless linear controller, float switch, audio / visual alarm for low water level, audio / visual alarm for high temperature, pressure relief valve, door switch, safety thermostat, etc including suitable pump complete all as specified and directed.

Item No. 15 : S & F HDPE MAKE-UP WATER TANK FOR COOLING TOWER, 15000 Ltr capacity, of pressure rating to suit the system pressure and sized adequately to compensate for water loss due to evaporation, conforming to IS: 2825- 1969 for 'non-fired pressure vessels' with interchangeable EPDM-BUTYL rubber membrane complete with inter-connection piping, non-return valve, safety relief valve and pressure gauge etc. complete all as specified and directed.

The fire dampers shall be spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13° C. The fire damper shall be located in the SA/RA ducts, at all fire rated crossoevers (shafts, walls, etc.). The control panel shall be located in such a way that the reset can easily be done. These combination smoke and fire dampers shall be interlocked with the building management system for the fire detection or HVAC and shall trip/close in the event of fire/smoke in the respective zone. [ii] The Panel shall be with wireless energy sensor on incomer and outgoing feeders for monitoring (V, I, P, PF, Energy), voltage loss alarm, Unbalance in phases. Same shall be communicated through Ethernet communication gateway to centralised Energy Monitoring System.

Item No 76 : S&F sheet matel enclosures with socket plug top and MCBs Single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB capacity 20 Amps 240 volt conforming to IEC 61430-3 for protection of appliances like AC / Geyers etc, suitable for flush / surface mounting with provision for mounting modular devices, viz SP MCB supplied with neutral links having IK 08 protection, complete all as specified and as directed.
Item No 77 : S&F MCB SP 'B' series 06 to 32 Amps, 240 volts, 50 HZ 10 KA breaking capacity, conforming to IS / IEC 60898-1-2002, sliding bottom clamp, colour coded on / off indication on dolly, biconnect IP 20 protected lower terminals and sliding shutters, etc, complete all as specified.
Item No 78 : S&F MCB TPN 'B' series 63 Amps, 415 volts, 50 HZ 10 KA breaking capacity, conforming to IS / IEC 60898-1-2002, sliding bottom clamp, colour coded on / off indication on dolly, biconnect IP 20 protected lower terminals and sliding shutters, etc, complete all as specified.
Item No 79 : S&F Sheet metal enclosure for MCB DBs (IP-43) TPN 4 way 240 volts double door, metalic modular distribution board conforming to IEC 61439-3, suitable for flush / surface mounting with provision for FP RCCB / RCBO / Isolator / MCB as incomer and SP MCBs as outgoing, reversible metal door, 100 A copper busbar for each phase, fully insulated & shrouded neutral bar, earth bar, wireset & cable ties for cable management, prefitted masking sheet, etc, having IK 09 & IP 43 protection complete all as specified. Note : MCB shall be measured and paid separately.
Item No. 79(A) : Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of DOL/Star-Delta Starter device of power size 1.1 kW (for chilled water circulation pumps & cooling towers ) FCT & S LAB complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 79(B) : Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of DOL/Star-Delta Starter device of power size 1.5 kW (for condensor water pump) FCT & S LAB complete all as specified and directed.
Item No. 80 : Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Variable Frequency Drives with IP 55 enclosures and mains disconnect switch comprising of the following: [a] Built in dual 5% impedance DC link reactor (harmonic filters) on the positive and negative rails of the DC bus of the Variable Frequency Drive. [b] Built in EMC filters (electro magnetic compatibility filters) for restriction of conducted emissions to comply with IEC61800:3 (un restricted distribution) :2004 Category C 1. [c] Three feedback PID controller having capability to simultaneously accept 3 feedback signals from temperature sensors or pressure sensors for process optimization and accordingly control the speed of the AHUs or pumps.
