Dismantling cement concrete or brick or granolithic floors, including base concrete and including stacking of dismentled materials as directed by the Engineer -in-charge with in a distance of 60m (200 ft.)

Providing & laying in Position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering-all work up to plinth level. 1:5:10 ( 1 cement :5 coarse sand (zone-III) : 10 graded brick aggregate 40 mm (nominal size)

Cement Concrete flooring 1:2;4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat a neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete 40 mm thick with 20 mm nominal size stone aggregate.
