Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (not less than 90% of contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one similar work costing not less than 50% of the amount put to tender i.e, Rs.39.03 Lakhs during last 5 financial years work executed during (i.e. during 2020-21 to 2024-25 shall be considered) will be considered.The work done certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the same circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weight age of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26. Note:(One similar work means conducting Detailed Topographical Survey, preparation and submission of C-Plan of the scheme alignment proposals, design, drawings and estimates, project report and bid documents for construction of lift scheme/ Tank Filling Scheme) An additional weightage of 10% each year will be added to the cost of the work to bring them to the price level of the FY 2024-25.) The intending bidder should have prepared Detailed Project Report of tank filling by lift scheme having length of raising main/pressure distribution of 72.58 Km (0.80 x 90.73) -72.58 km) and designed the system by VT pumps/submersible pumps with a pump head not less than 200 m in any one financial year, during the last five financial years reckoned back from 2024-25 (i.e. during 2020-21 to 2024-25 shall be considered). Certificate should be obtained from an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned division and counter signed by the Superintending Engineer of the concerned circle. Consultancy firm should have completed at least 2 DPRs of Lift Schemes/Tank Filling Schemes as per CWC norms and shall have got approved from CWC, Delhi. (MARKS-10)

The intending bidder should have prepared and completed at least 1 DPR of lift scheme/Tank Filling Scheme having pipeline length of 146 Km and pump head not less than 200 m. (MARKS-5)

Latest copy of certificate of registration, registered with the registrar of companies or Competent Authority.

The intending bidder should have achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.78.05Lakhs (Usually not less than the equals to Estimated amount )in all Class of Civil Engineering Construction Works only during the last 5 financial years reckoned back from 2024-25 (i.e., during 2020-21, 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24 and 2024-25 will be considered). duly updating the financial turnover at 10 percent per annum. Audited Profit and Loss account certified by a practicing Chartered Accountant along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished. All document/certificates issued by a Charted Accountant should have a UDIN (Unique Document Identification Number) generated through the ICAI (The Institude of chartered Accountants of India) Portal.
