Taking down plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, ceilings, fins, fascias, chajjas, parapets etc. (including tiles) raking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc incl patches of any size complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete curfaces mixed with water proofing compound 200ml per 50 kg weight of cement rendering finished Even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete sufaces in cement mortar 1:6, including finishing even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing liquid.

M&L for preparation of new plastered external wall surfaces of any description over 10 cm width/girth and including applying two coat of weather coat anti dust emulsion paint, exterior grade of approved shade over a coat of alkali guard anti efflorescence primer as per manufacturer's instruction complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying three coat white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work/stone masonry built in cement mortar and removal of rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plain exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6.

M & L for walling of random rubble masoney, uncoursed , well bonded bedded and solidly hearted , built in cm 1:6 complete all as specified

M & L for walling of random rubble , uncoursed , well bonded bedded and solidly hearted , built in cm 1:6 except stone complete all as specified. Note : Serviceable RR stones from demolition shall be reused.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick or concrete sufaces in cement mortar 1:4, including finishing even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for flush pointing to random rubble masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in as in floors, hardstanding laid in alternate bays ( n exc. 4 Sqm each) and finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring, Path complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M & L 75mm thick PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40mm garade aggregate) as in plinth protection finished even and smooth(without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping including necceesry form work complete

S&F in repair plain mild steel wire galvanised class 3 (dia of wire 4mm) in fencing/cloth line with pvc coated including straining and fixing to steel post and to straining bolts, including securing with and provision of galvanised iron tying wire or staples or steel pins etc including removing of old wire complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in -charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors fixed over and including screed bed 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 Sqm but n.exc 0.18 Sqm as in floor, etc and jointed in neat cement slurry fixed over and including cement screed bed 15 mm thick 1:6. and pointed in white or coloured cement to match etc all complete

All as per above item but in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado laid over and including a backing coat of 10mm thick Cement mortar (1:3) etc all complete

M&L for Coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350x 250x 7mm/ 450X 300X 7mm thick as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match fixed over and incl 10 cm thick backing with cm 1:3 etc all complete

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates etc complete all as specified.

M&L for Framed work such as grills, gratings, hold fasts etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars, ladders framed balusters, and similar work conforming to Fe-290-0(Gde-E-165), complete all as specified.

S & F roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc conforming to Fe-410- W(Gde-E-250) quality- A complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any Description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight per Square meter n exc 4 kg etc all complete

M & L for preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth and width and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified.

M & L for preparing old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth and width and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of old decorated wall surfaces of static water tank and including applying two coats of Latex shield 2K to be applied @ 1.8 Kg per Sqm per coat by masonry brush or an appropriate power spray equipment complete all as specified and directed. Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting gauge , thickness , including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete( reinforced ) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing the debris to a distance not exc 50m from site all as directed

M&L for RCC precast cover slab type B1 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded aggregate set in CM 1:4 etc incl necessary form work complete all as specified

M&L for RCC (nomial mix) type B1 1:2:4 with using 20mm graded stone agg )as in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like;any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses etc all complete

Form work to soffits of suspended slabs such as roofslabs, floor slbas, n.exc 200mm thick etc all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5m deep & getting out in soft / loose soil filled in firing range

Screening of material on site of the work (Material obatined from Item No. 42) as per directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Shells retained during the screening shall be returned to SO Works

Removing screened material to a distance of exc 50m but n exc 100m & depositing where as directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

Supply only Sand for filling under floors as approved by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only saw dust as approved by Engr-in-Charge

Labour only for mixing of sand and saw dust in equal prortions and laying the same over the sloped portion of shooting range complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 sq. cm and over in section, in any position.

M&L for second class hard wood timber in clean sawn scantlings complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparation of new wooden surfaces over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of pink primer etc all complete

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel painting on the complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete. (demolition of concrete, etc. and excavation measured separately.

M&L for stay assembly with 16mm dia stay rod complete with accessories , as brckets to holding the stay wire to pole, stay clamps, 6mm thickness size 30cmx30cm ,excavation and concrete measured separately)

M&L for cleaning of all scales and dirt from RCC UG tanks and from mouths of inlet pipes of capacity exceeding 65000 ltrs and not exceeding 70000 ltrs capacity including writing letters or figures (block Roman/Italic or Indian ) of 7.5 cm height but not exceeding 30 cm to write as cleaned XX-XX-XX on each tank and writing stoops, comma, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of all scales and dirt from RCC UG tanks and from mouths of inlet pipes of capacity exceeding 70000 ltrs and not exceeding 75000 ltrs capacity including writing letters or figures (block Roman/Italic or Indian ) of 7.5 cm height but not exceeding 30 cm to write as cleaned XX-XX-XX on each tank and writing stoops, comma, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of all scales and dirt from RCC UG tanks and from mouths of inlet pipes of capacity exceeding 80000 ltrs and not exceeding 85000 ltrs capacity including writing letters or figures (block Roman/Italic or Indian ) of 7.5 cm height but not exceeding 30 cm to write as cleaned XX-XX-XX on each tank and writing stoops, comma, short lines, dashes, hyphens, brackets complete all as specified and as directed.
