Clearing the scrub jungles including the cutting the scrubs and removing away from site etc complete

Picking up existing BT surface upto 5 to 10 cm of old metalled surface cambering, sectioning of carriage way etc., complete

Earth work exavation in all classes of soils except hard rock requireing blasting depositing on bank with intial lead of 10M and lift of 2M including all labour charges and incidental cahrges such as shoring, strutting, providing coffer dams, bailing out of water as per 20A.

Collection and supply of gritty gravel from appd quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials to site including all labour charges for spreading and compaction with power roller etc.complete, SHOULDERS

Providing and laying spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in machanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site laying in uniform layers 250mm thick with pavers in SubBase/Base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density including cost of material,labour charges, rentals for machinery, fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete.

Providing and laying of prime coat using Emulsion at the rate of 7 Kg of Bituminous Emulsion SS1 for 10 sqm. Including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

Providing and lyaing TACK COAT ove the WMM surface (treated with primer) using 2.50 KG of Bituminous Emulsion RS1 for 10 sqm. including cost of bituminous emulsion which will be supplied by the department at section stores and its cost will be recovered as per special condition appended including labour charges for preparing the surface for laying prime coat and for applying required quantity of bituminous emulsion by mechanical sprayer including hire and fuel charges for all tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 503 of MOST specification.

BITUMINOUS MACADAM 50MM: Providing and Laying Bituminous Macadam (BM) with 50mm compacted thickness which work shall consist of construction in a single course of completed crouched aggregatres premixed with biruminous binder 60/70 grade at the requirement of .50 percent by weight of the accrodance with the drawing as directed by the engineer in charge by using Central Mix Plant as per MORT & H504.

BC 25/30/40mm Thick (Grade-II) Using VG30 Bitumen and Plastic Waste Providing and laying Bituminous Concrete to 30/40mm thick using 0.13 cum of 19.00- 9.50mm, 0.17 cum of 9.50-2.36mm and 0.26 cum of 2.36 and below with 47.28kgs of VG30 bitumen and 3.02Kgs of Waste Plastic for premixing per 10sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing them in required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 ton capacity, conveying the mix by tipper trucks to paver site, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 40mm with mechanical paver to the specified grades and cross sections and consolidated by 8-10 tonne Vibratory to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver to site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 t CMP with bitumen boiler, tipper trucks, Paver Finisher, Vibratory roller and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 507 of MORTH Rev-5

Road marking with hot applied thermoplastic compound with Reflectorising glass beads on bituminous surface etc.,
