Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Taking out circular/Rectangular Precast RCC Manhole/ Hand hole MS angle outer frame with necessery tools and plants, icluding removing /breaking CC/soil alround the frame, watering,clearing the obstacles so as to remove the frame freely, where ever required and keeping the same in safe custody till refixing etc all complete as directed by the Engneer in charge.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level :

1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for

Foundations, footings, bases for columns etc. for mass concrete

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Fixing at time of concreting in road work by local body, available old/new MS Manhole/Handhole frame in position with necessary holdfast as specified to be welded to frame including tieing, binding with necessary binding wire and making level to match the road level including cost of labour involved, binding wire and its watch and ward charges etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix :1:3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand)

Suplying Galvanised MS Manhole cover round neck of 860 mm outer dia consisting of G.I. Sheet of 3mm thick and 200mm wide moulded and welded in circlar shape so as to give the depth of 120mm and bottom L 80mm as per the required size, with necessary hold fast of Galvanised MS angle size 40x40x6mm at required intervals and 300mm long in T shape are welded to the outer surface of the moulded G.I. sheet neck for the purpose embedding in Reinforced Cement Concrete MH slab.

Round manholes

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Chipping of concrete by 25 mm alround the manhole neck by manually or mechanically to fix manhole cover frame and drilling holes at the hold fast in to the existing slab by providing 16 mm dia size bars inserted deep 10 cm with standerd adhesive for tightening the frames including making good all round the frame by filling the gaps with bitumen or equivalent material wherever necessary all complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.
