Material and Labour for ‘B’ check servicing all as per manufacturer instructions, including cost of following ‘B’ check spares and minor spares required for carrying out the check like nut, bolts, washers, gaskets, screws, hose clamps, including draining out old engine oil and filling in new engine oil, filling in/top up coolant in radiators of water cooled engine, taking out air filter element cleaning the same with compressed air for the removing the dust or replace unserviceable element with new element, cleaning of waste oil or coolant from engine and near by spare parts of engine of make Kirloskar/Cummins and Alternator of capacity 62.5 KVA, installed at Main Receiving Station at Chakabama Military Station, complete testing after repair for its smooth functioning :- (a) Lubricating oil filter Kirlosakar - 01 Nos (b) Fuel filter Kirloskar - 02 Nos (c) Minor spares and waste cotton for cleaning - 01 Kit Note : 1. Quoted rated deems to be included fuel filter kits and lubricating oil filter kits and minor spares required for check. 2. Engine oil, Coolant for radiator, distilled water, new air filter element and spares parts shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

M&L for replacement of battery terminal leads of 2AWG (35SQMM) copper wire single core PVC insulated 1.2 mitre long of colour coding red or black complete with brass terminals fixed at site with petroleum jelly all as directed by engineer in charge.

Removing existing unserviceble battery and supplied and fixed lead acid battery maintenance free 12 volts 180AH as per cat part No FXPO-MHD1800 of make EXIDE Xpress fully charged complete all as directed. Note : Contractor shall submit 3 yrs manufacturer waranty certificate including purchase voucher on completion of work.

Dismantling of existing alternator of 62.5 KVA DG set Make Kirloskar/Cummins from foundation and disconnecting electrically and mechanically from the engine and taking out the alternator from site to workshop Dimapur by Transporting after rewinding of all the defective coils by using appropriate super quality copper winding wire of suitable gauge including varnishing and insulation paper complete all reassembling with engine at site and all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

Preparation of Old Painted Surfaces of 62.5 KVA DG SET and applying with Two Coat of Grey Synthetic Enamel Paint on Engine and Alternator Body and Two Coat of Red Synthetic Enamel Paint on Fan Guard and Two Coat of Black Synethic Enamel Paint on Base Channel Frame of the DG SET painted with Spray Painting Machine, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried in ground (Earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level , connected to galvanised iron earth strip 25 mm x 6 mm as earth lead by means of nut, bolts check nut and wahser of galvanised iron or steel etc all as shown in electrical plate No.3 of SSR part I- 2009 connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including PCC pit in PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 cast iron MS frame, 50 mm thick pre cast RCC (1:1 1/2:3) type nominal mixed cover slab rainforced with 8 mm dia MS deformed bar 15 C/C and suitable for handle cast including necessary exavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of soil to adistance n exc 50 m and charcoal 120Kg, salt 105 kg, funnel with water pipe ,wire mesh, copper logs etc GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore dia including tetsing complete including dismantling old existing earthing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTES 1). The unit rate include GI strip from top of earth plate upto 7.5 meter above ground level.

Taking down unserviceable Solar street Light f 43/60 W LED dismantling, checking replacement of unserviceable parts and components as required and make the solar light fittings operational to give rated illumination incl cleaning the solar plate and refixing the same after repair/replacement of spare components complete with repair of battery box as per required welding work and all as specified and as directed by Engr in charge . Note :-(Spare parts/components shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of such 'A').

Supply only Solar street Light fitting LED 40 Watts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only Solar Panel material Polycrystalline type number of cells 36, Solar Power 150Watt, Output Voltage 12V complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Contractor shall submit minimum 10yrs manufacturer waranty certificate including purchase voucher on completion of work.

Supply only lead acid solar battery maintenance free 12 volts 150AH Tubular as per cat part No 6LMS150L of make EXIDE Xpress fully charged complete all as directed. Note : Contractor shall submit 3 yrs manufacturer waranty certificate including purchase voucher on completion of work.

S&F in repairs, Automatic Change over switch 0f 4 pole 3 Phase 415 V of capacity 200 Amp Make : Havells/ Indoasian/L&Tor equivalent.

S&F in repairs, MCCB with Thermal - magnetic release of 200 Amps, 4 Pole, 415V, 36 kA, Ics=100%Icu with adjustable over load setting and adjustable short circuit setting including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Legrand Cat Part No. 4202 48 or equivalent in Schneider/ L&T)

S&F in repairs, MCCB with Thermal - magnetic release of 160 Amps, 4 Pole, 415V, 36 kA, Ics=100%Icu with adjustable over load setting and adjustable short circuit setting including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. (Make : Legrand Cat Part No. 4200 97 or equivalent in Schneider/ L&T)

M&L for preparation of old painted steel pole of solar light approx 6 metre long and painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer from top to bottom including battery bank and solar LED light bracket complete all as specified and directed

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured, heavy duty electric under ground cable, with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of size 16 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches /floor or fixed on wall /pole in including brass compression cable glands, terminal lugs etc, including taking out old cable of any description complete all as specified and as directed.
