PART-A (TALCHER COLLIERY): Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6(1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts, etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of stay set complete (galvanised) with 19/20 mm dia X 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm X 45 cm X 7.5 mm, thimble, stay clamps, bow tightener, 7/ 4.00 mm dia G.I. stay wire and strain insulator etc in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size ) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required.

Supplying of channel iron (75mm x 40 mm x 6 mm ) (7.14 kg per metre) cross arm for two 11KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm ( angle iron bracket) welded to channel iron and complete with 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron clamps ,bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins,bolts,nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of pole top/ straight two wire/ V shape two wire, angle iron/ channel iron, cross arm on steel tubular/ rail/ PCC pole for 11/22/33 KV as required.

Supplying of channel iron 75 mm X 40 mm X 6 mm 7.14 Kg per metre) pole top bracket/cross arm for single 11KV over head line conductor complete with 50 mm X 6mm flat iron clmaps, bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying of two lengths of channel iron 75 mm x 40 mm X 6 mm (7.14 kg per metre) double pole cross arm for three wire 11KV over head line conductors complete with through bolts and nuts for clamping to the poles, 50 mm x 6 mm M.S. flats welded on one side to the channel iron and with bolts and nuts on the other side for tying the cross arms together, including drilling holes for insulator pins/ fittings, bolts, nuts and washers etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing FRLS same work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 1400 mm width x 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm x 6mm M.S.flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc ( as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Erection of double pole 3 wire cross arm for 11KV/ 22KV/ 33KV over head lines as required.

Supplying and erection of 33 KV pin insulator complete with large steel head G.I. pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supplying and erection of 11KV disc insulator for over head lines with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps , bolts, nuts, washers etc as required.

Erection of ACSR conductor of 7/3.35 mm to 7/4.00 diameter and above including binding etc. as required. (10 Spans, each span 10 x 60m x 0.394Kg/m = 236.4Kg per Span single wire, for 3 wire = 3 x 236.4Kg = 709.20Kg, say 709kg approx.)

Supply & Erection of G.I.Wire No. 8 SWG including binding etc. as required for running earth. (each span consumes 60m, for 10 spans = 600m weight of GI Wire 8SWG per m = 0.116Kg Weight of GI Wire for 600m = 0.116Kg x 600 = 69.6Kg , Say 70Kg approx.)

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/aluminium over head conductor,Cl. Wire,cross arms,insulators etc. as required. (6 Spans, each span 6 x 70m x 0.394Kg/m = 165.48Kg per 6 spans single wire, for 3 wire = 3 x 165.48Kg = 496.44Kg, say 496kg approx.)

Dismantling of pole/street light standard/strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc as required.

Providing and Fixing of GOAB Switch, 11kV grade, 630A, 3 Post Insulator, Horizontal Type, Double break.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level - 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 manufactured sand derived from Recycled Concrete Aggregate (RCA) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size Recycled Concrete Aggregate(RCA) ) (LxBxH = 0.5m x 0.5m x 1m = 0.25Cum per one pole; For 16 Nos. of Poles = 16 x 0.25Cum = 4Cum)
