SH - I: CABLES

Supply of following sizes of aluminium conductor XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed armoured cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with up to date amendments.

SH - II: Poles & other accessories

Supply of 3.0 metre high, hot dip galvanised octagonal poles with 130 mm bottom A/F & 70 mm top A/F made up of 3 mm thick sheet, along with base plate of size 200 mm X 200 mm X 12 mm thick, along with suitable length ( minimum 1 mtr) Single Arm Bracket of 40NB A-class pipe with suitable end to mount LED fitting at suitable angle as per lux level design, suitably designed door with space for internal junction box and as per technical specifications etc. complete as required comprising following accessories: Note- Material of construction for pole shall be as per IS 2062/BSEN 10025 with yield strength of 350 N/Sq.mm. (a) Supply of 4 nos of M16 X 450 long 'J' type EN 8 grade foundation bolts along with template, 12 nuts and washers. (b) Bakelite sheet with 1 Nos of 6A DP MCB and stud type connector suitable for looping of 4C x 25 Sq mm cable.

Providing and laying in position 1:2:4 reinforced cement concrete foundation (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) made out of M-20 grade concrete of size 450 mm (L) x 450 mm wide and 900 mm deep including excavation of earth, providing cutting, bending and placing in position, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of suitable dia and length - 8 nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of suitable dia and length - 6 nos. (with suitable spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolt set and providing 63 mm. diameter (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit etc complete as required. For 6 Meter Pole i/c installation of pole complete as required.

SH - III: FITTING & Fixtures

Supply of LED Street Lightfully made of pressure die cast aluminum having rated minimum lumen output of 9000 Lumens with rated efficacy at system level (not chip level)>110 lumens/Watt, life of fixture is not less than 50000 hrs @ L-70 lumen maintenance, CCT upto 5700K - 6500K, CRI minimum 70, PF ≥0.95, THD< 10% and an operating voltage range of 140 to 270V, internal surge protection > 4KV. The Street light should be of Al pressure die cast construction & powder coated and with toughned glass/PC Lens. The luminare should be IP 66 rated . All cables used in the product should be IS compliant . IK Rating of IK07 or above.The fixture should comply with the other parameters as per IS10322

SH - IV: CABLE LAYING

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Above 95 sq. mm and upto 185 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL/HDPE pipe as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of following size on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

63 mm dia (OD-63 mm & ID-51 mm nominal)

Providing, laying and fixing 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep)and re-filling etc as required.

Supply & Laying of 110 mm dia (PE-80 & PN-8) HDPE pipe as per IS 4984 through trenchless technology by drilling the bore of suitable dia directly in ground upto the depth of 3 meters from the ground level including necessary joining, coupling, splicing etc complete as required.

Fabrication, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Feeder Piller type Bus bar box size ( 450 x 600 x200) mm for loop in & loop out of supply cable, made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet IP 54, free standing dust and vermin proof, with front hinged lockable doors, suitable for operation on 3 phase, 415 V, 50Hz AC system with 250 Amp, TPN busbars i/c angle iron stand size 50mm x 50mm x 5mm and 60cm height, i/c digging & grounting with cement concrete etc. as reqd

SH - V: ITC OF FITTINGS

Installation, Testing and Commissioning of LED type fitting on 6 Mtr (Approx) Octagonal Pole i/c wiring with 3 C x 2.5 sqmm PVC insulated & PVC round sheathed copper conductor cable of suitable length upto loop in loop out box including necessary connection etc complete as required.

SH - VI: LT PANELS & OTHER ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

SH - VII: EARTHING

Earthing with G.I pipe 4.5mm long x40 mm dia including accessoires, and providing masonary enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc.(with charcoal or coke and salt )complete as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.

Providing and laying 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in existing DWC pipe/ surface/recessed for loop earthing of metallic poles including connection with G.I. thimble as required.

SH - VIII: Dismantling

Dismantling of pole/ street light standard/ strut embedded in cement concrete foundation etc. as required.
