Taking down cement or cement lime mortar plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc, including rackingout joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and disposing of rubbish materials outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 in two coats (15+5mm) both coats mixed with water proofing compound @3% as per manufacturer's weight of cement, surfaces of top layer finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) including necessary scaffolding etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for injecting chemical GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration) of 20 ml or till refusal by making cut /injection in the stem of plant of roots at 30 mm and spraying with solution 25 ml GLYPHOSPHATE (4 % concentration diluted with ltr of water) and removing the plant /vegetation including penetrated roots complete including necessary scaffolding etc for plants /vegetation complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in levelling course over RCC roof surface to achieve required slope, benching etc including making rounded or chamfered on edges mixed with liquid WPC @ 3%as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of MS works of any description such as ,ladders,gates work,grating etc, including necessary straightening of bends complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe 410-W (Gde-E- 250)quality-A complete complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Rendering 10 mm thick (1:4) CM on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4 in two coats (10 + 5) with water proofing compound including finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over one coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment of walls by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots including washing down with water etc. applying two coats of oil bound distemper with roller over one coat of putty complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces on wall and applying two coats of 100 % acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic primer incl. complete removal of existing treatment and necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for post construction Antitermite treatment along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chlorophyriphos emulson (1% concentration) conforming to IS -8944 @2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for post construction Antitermite treatment to the top surface of existing floor using chlorophyriphos emulsion (1% concentration) conforming to IS-8944 @ one litre per hole 300mm apart including drilling & plugging 12mm dia. holes with CM (1:2 ) to match the existing floors, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for post construction ATT at points of contacts of wood work using chlorophyriphos emulsion (1% concentration) conforming to IS-8944 ( in oil or kerosine based solution) @ 0.5 lt/ hole by drillng 6mm dia holes at a down ward angle of 45 degree at 150 mm centre to centre and ceiling the same, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised two strand steel barbed wire, 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including making holes in rail/angle, securing or tying at crossing with and provisions of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed Note - Each line shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth courses, strings courses, copings, kneelars, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc complete including necessary formwork all as specified and directed

S&F TMT bars 500D 6mm to 8 mm dia.cut to length, bent to shape required including binding with M.S.wire (annealed) n.less than 0.9mm dia. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying of 60mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of shape and size with laquer finish conforming to IS 15658-2006 of M-35 grade using grey cement and pigment, over and including sand cushioning as per requirement average 50mm thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes ( or similar holes) in any type of soil, each n exc 0.50 cubic meter, getting out & removing soil to a distance n exc 50 meter & making good.

S&F standard aluminium section powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating shall be 50 micron and colour shall be as approved by GE ) as in frame, shutters for doors, window / ventilators, partitions, fixed / openable / sliding or in any pattern, cut to size, jointed with cadmium plated steel screws, including rubber beading or gaskets for fixing glass, provision of hinges, screws, plugs, handle, lock, roller, Nylon ball bearing etc complete all as specified and directed. (Aluminium section shall be of make Jindal/Hindalco/ Indalco) Note:- Weight of Aluminium sections as per actual or as per IS or as per manufacturer, whichever is less, shall only be considered for payment. Cost of other items / accessories required for entire completion of the work shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. However glass panes, wire cloth, bakelite sheet panels shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective items.
