Supply and fix in replacement, testing and commissioning LED street light minimum 45 watts output of 4500 lumens, efficiency of greater than or equal to 100 lumens/watt, epoxy powder coated pressure die cast aluminium housing with waterproofing gasket for LEDs, dedicated street light optics for better uniformity and spacing, air vents in housing for proper thermal management and control gear compartments pressure die cast aluminium frame with IP-66 protection, power consumption including driver losses should not exceed 43 watt, UV stabilised polycarbonate cover, life of minimum 50000 burning hours with 90% lumen maintenance, PF greater than 0.95 and with surge protection device with twin core conductor inclusive of all incoming & outgoing electric connection complete all as specified and as directed Make : Jaguar of Cat Part No LSRT01S045XC or Bajaj Cat No BRTFG45WLEDWW or CG Cat No LSTS-45-CDL-M or Surya Cat No SLEUL 45W IP66LXN or equivalent in Phillips. NOTE: Driver of LED street light should be same make as approved and all serviceable light fittings shall be deposited in E/M store.

Dismantling and taking down cross arms, bracing supports etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down ACSR conductor complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter in depth for laying cable and getting out in soft/lose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in soft/lose soil complete all as specified & directed.

Removing surplus excavated material (soil) upto a distance not exceeding 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread sand in trenches as sand cushioning to underground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide required cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid.)

Material and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ over burnt brick, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in PCC for repair to road cutting and foundation for poles etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Cutting in road/PCC for laying of cables complete all as specified and directed by Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fixing GI Tubing light grade of size 25mm dia under road, on pole floor and on wall for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches or passing through pipe or fixed to pole cable XLPE insulated screened underground, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty 1100 volt grade, 10 Sqmm, 4 core with aluminium stranded conductor all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying in trench or passing through pipe or fixed to pole cable XLPE insulated screened underground, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty, 1100 volt grade 16 Sqmm, 4 core with aluminium stranded conductor all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing three single core multi stranded copper conductor cable of size 2.5 sqmm FRLSH for phase neutral and earth continually drawn through steel tubular pole with both side connection street light and pole mounted street light junction box inclusive of copper terminals complete all as specified & directed Note: Three runs of cable will be measured and paid as one run.

Supply and fix bracket made out from light grade GI steel tube 32mm dia minimum length 1.2 Mtrs and bend at 120 degree to shape for fixing LED street light fitting complete inclusive of all necessary fixing arrangements such as clamps, nuts, bolts etc duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces inclusive taking out old bracket all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix Factory made street light junction box of size 240x130x95mm made of high quality polycarbonate with IP-65 protection (Dust and vermin proof according to IEC-60529) Totally insulated made of halogen and silica free recyclable material having high quality gasket made out of polyurethane with MCB, SP, 10KA, 6 Amps, inclusive all necessary fixing arrangements such as clamps, nuts, bolts etc duly two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer on steel surfaces inclusive taking out old one all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make : Hensel/Sintex/Bentex.

Material & labour for earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 60 cmX30cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to galvanized steel wire 4mm dia means of galvanized nuts, check nuts and washers including excavation and earth work in any type of stretch, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 pit, PCC pit cover 1:2:3 Type B-1 with handle GI protection pipe 15mm bore light grade and 20mm medium grade GI watering pipe, funnel, wire mesh etc complete as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to earthing test point and metal part including taking down all as specified including testing on completion.
