Housekeeping jobs and monsoon related civil maintenance work at RLG Building, BARC Mumbai 400085

Brooming, cleaning of service Road, service court yard, pavement, fencing area including removing grass/dry leaves / vegitation etc. and disposing to debris disposal point for RLG building at following location as per clause no-1 of technical specification & tentative time schedule as per Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Service roads & court yards of RLG & Filter house building: Brooming once in a week of car park area, rear service court yard and Filter House court yard & fencing are of transformer yard etc. at RLG as one job: (Total area= 50 are. approx.)

Pavement area of RLG building & Filter house building: Brooming, cleaning, Cutting & removing vegitation once in every three months of pavement area around RLG building and on either side of fencing as per clause 1.2 of specification as one job.(Total area= 55 are. approx.)

Fencing area of RLG building & Filter house building: Cutting & removing vegitation and cleaning of fence from both sides including concertina coil at RLG & Filterhouse as per clause 1.4 of specifications once in 3 months as one job. (Total length of fence is 1050 m. approx.)

Terrace cleaning of RLG building:& Filter House building once in every three months as a one job. (Total area= 203 are. approx.) as per clause no-2 of technical specification & tentative time schedule, Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of security Guard House, HLU&ESS office rooms, HP In charge room, Change room, S1 office room, Control rooms (G-18 & Filter House), HLU&ESS work shop & wash rooms and water cooler area including; Cosmetic cleaning of Toilets in these areas on daily basis as a one job at RLG as per clause no-3 of technical specification & tentative time schedule Annexure-I at RLG building and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Cosmetic cleaning chemical will be provided by Departments) (Total area= 7.50 are. approx.)

Cleaning of following General & plant room areas on weekly/monthly basis as per clause no-4 of technical specification & tentative time schedule at RLG building Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Water pond peripheral area & inside area at RLG Once in a Week as a one job. (Total area= 7.50 are. approx.)

Cleaning of Holdup Tank Yard, Compressor room, Booster pump room, S-1 plant at RLG Once in a Week as a one job. (Total area= 11 are. approx.)

Cleaning of Filter house Blower Area, substation, Filter house DG room at RLG once in a Week as a one job : (Total area= 19.0 are. approx.)

Cleaning of ‘C’ Block plant room (15’ & 33’ Elevation) at RLG Once in a Week as a one job. (Total area= 7 are. approx.)

Cleaning of ‘GW’ Block plant room (15’ & 33’ Elevation) at RLG Once in a Week as a one job. (Total area= 11 are. approx.)

Cleaning of Supply & exhaust blowers room, Chillers booster pump room, Filter bank area, and A/C package unit room of NHCF building at RLG Once in a Week as a one job. (Total area= 10 are. approx.)

Cleaning of Glass partition with glass cleaning liquid in general corridor area around emergency pond and main entrance door of RLG building up to 4mtr height once in a month as one job. (3.25 are. approx.)

Cleaning of following water tank of various capacity, compartment at different locations as per clause no-5 of technical specification & tentative time schedule at RLG building Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning of Over Head water Tank for RLG of full capacity 40 cubic m. Every three months as a one job.

Cleaning of emergency water pond of RLG, open type of two compartment each 230 cubic m. capacity having total capacity of 460 cubic m. (one compartment at a time shall be taken for cleaning), including Cleaning of Glass partition (Approx. 260 Sq.M) from inside of emergency water pond with glass cleaning liquid up to 4mtr height, once in every three months as one job.

Transportation & disposal of debris & scrap materials generated at RLG Site by mechanical means (truck, etc.)As per clause no-6 of technical specification & tentative time schedule at RLG building Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. .

Debris, earth, wild vegetation, etc. to BARC’s designated debris dumping yard.

All types of metal/wooden scrap materials to BARC’s scrap yard situated at TV stores.

From 0.00 to 1.50 m depth from Average Ground Level

From 1.50 to 3.00 m depth from Average Ground Level in all kind of soil

Carrying out miscellaneous jobs like :Flushing and cleaning the existing vertical down take pipes, under ground storm water drain lines, sewage lines, shifting of materials etc. as per clause no:-8 of technical specifications. tentative time schedule at RLG building Annexure-I and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (NOTE: Suitable manpower shall be deployed for the job assigned with safety gears. Man power shall be deployed as per requirement, including holidays & late working if required.)

Construction of temporary bund along emergency doors of sizes as mentioned below before onset of monsoon and breaking & removing the same after rainy season including curing, chipping of existing RCC floor, cleaning of site, removing and relaying of PVC tiles if any as required. collecting all debris at designated scarp point at Filter House etc... complete generally as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of wata with brick work, overall size about 150 mm (W) x 200 mm (H) including 20 mm thick plastering with C:M of 1:4(cement: sand) having cement punning finishing

Construction of wata with approved size & shape using 1:2:4 (1 cement, 2 coarse sand, 4 graded stone aggregate of nominal size 20 mm) including consolidation, finishing curing etc. complete.

Cleaning, removal of mud waste etc... & choke removal of Storm water / Sewage drain chamber including disposal of waste to a lead of up to 100mtr & up to 3 mtr depth in RLG as & when ever required and as per clause no:-10 of technical specifications.

Cleaning and removal of sewarage wastes,muck,frozen sewage cakes etc. from centralised collection pit (Septic tank) / Storm water drain/ sewage chambers and drains of RLG building mechanically engaging truck mounted suction pump and as per clause no:-11 of technical specifications.

Providing and applying water proofing grouting to terraces areas at 15', 33' & 48' by applying cement grout/mortar with polymer.( Sika Latex of M/s. Sika.or equilent approved by the EIC) for leakage repairs, especially during monsoon. As per clause 12 of technical specifications.

Filling the gap between aluminium frame & adjacent RCC / Brickwork / Stone work, filling the grooves of facia blocks by providing weather silicon sealant ( M/s Dow Corning 790 Silicone building sealent or approved equilent etc. As per clause 13 of technical specifications.

Providing and painting old walls (TWO coats) over existing cement paint surface on plain / sand face plaster & concrete surfaces with premium acrylic smooth exterior paint of approved make / Water based Road Marking Paint with Two coats on new work of approved make , required shade, including preparation of the surfaces, scaffolding complete. as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and providing of essensial cleaning accessories like variety of mops, brushes, brooms, dusters, signage for carrying out cleaning work etc. as per given specifications. All accessories shall be of M/s Roots cleaning range or approved equivalent make etc...complete as

Set of Wet and dry mops alongwith handles and its inserts, duster and brushes for cleaning of floor as well as walls etc as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Set of signage for carrying out cleaning work like wet floor, caution, out of service and work in progress etc as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Set of aluminum handles attachments required for cleaning of floor as well as walls etc as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Set of brooms required for cleaning of pavements and roads etc as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position following mattings for various plant area entrance. Mattings shall be of model Duro mats of M/s Time technoplast or departement approved make and as per given specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position DuroSoft Ultra Heavy Duty matting of roll size as per requirement in the form of rolls / mat including cutting to required sizes and providing edge guard to each matting etc as per clause 16.1 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. measurements shall be in Sq.m.

Providing and laying in position Duro Turf highly durable matting as per requirement in the form of rolls / mat including cutting to required sizes and providing edge guard to each matting etc as per clause 16.2 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. measurements shall be in Sq.m.

Providing and laying in position Duro Mat wipe Made with high-grade polymer, consist of ‘Twin Blade Technology’ as per requirement in the form of mat as per required sizes etc.. as per clause 16.3 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. measurements shall be in Sq.m.

Supply of Biodegradable Non Chlorinated Municipal waste collection bags with materials confirming to ISO 9001-2008 certified (Black,Green, Blue, White) colours and minimum 60 micron thicknessl of required size as per clause 17 of technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. measurements shall be in kg basis.

Supply of essential cleaning materials as per requirements.

Supply of fragemented Disinfectant Surface & Floor Cleaner of 5 lts pack of lizol/ or similar equivalent contains a distinctive formulation that kills 99. 9 percent Germs.
