Installation Charges inclusive of Transportation to site and the Bored pile equipment employed for the works including setting up of pile driving equipment with all accessories and tools at each of the pile location based on the sequence of operation approved by the departmental Engineers irrespective of the location and distance involved in movement of pile driving equipment etc., complete.

Installation of Vertical Bored cast in situ RCC piles in all types of soils, using Ready Mix Concrete of M 30 grade, with sulphate resistant Cement, fine aggregate, 20mm and down graded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate includes cost of reinforcing steel, binding wire, fabrication, welding charges, placing of reinforcement cage in bore hole in correct position, cost of boring to the required depth with Bentonite solution with temprory casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremine pipes, conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants, shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another, excavation of mud pits for circulation of Bentonite solution, closing the mud pits to original level and mud removal

with initial lead and lift but excluding dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concrete cubes to be tested as per IS 456-2000. Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1. Frequency of testing should be as per clause 15.2.2. The length of pile for payment shall be measured upto natural ground level. The work should be carried out as per IS 2911. Pile depth should be decided by the departmental officers at site.

600 mm dia pile having longitudinal main reinforcement of 8 Nos 20# with helical reinforcement at 10 # @ 200mm C/C with inner rings of 12 # @ 1000mm C/C with lifting hook of 12 # at required length.

450 mm dia pile having longitudinal main reinforcement of 8 nos 16# with helical reinforcement at 8 dia at 150mm centre to centre with inner rings of 12 dia at 1000mm c/c with lifting hook of 12 dia at required length

Initial Load Test as per IS 2911 Part IV 1985 including cost of single pile (250% of pile capacity), labour, reinforcement charges and all other incidential charges including excavation, shoring, strutting, dewatering etc. as necessary hire charges for jacks, measuring devices, Structural Frame work for platform, Kent ledges etc, as required and providing pilecap.

Routine load test as per IS 2911 part IV 1995 (150% of pile capacity) including labour charges for jack, measuring devices, structural frame work plot form, kent ledges etc., as required and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M.sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with Stone Dust in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing pre constructional Anti-termite treatment for the construction of building including cost of chemicals labour as per standard specification. Labour for preparing the area for treatment by spreading chemicals and other incidental charges complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite moulds making holes with crow bars at an interval of 12" to a depth of 8" in the periphery of the building including flooring area and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313/1981.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five M.sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at abote 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

For plane surfaces such as RCC floor slab, roof slab, beams, lintels, bed blocks, landing slab, waist slab, portico slabs and beams, etc.

Providing additional strutting to centering of RCC slabs of plain surface for every additional 1.0 metre height or part thereof but not less than 30 cm, over the initial 3.00 metre height from floor level using casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia including cross bracing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers.

Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000, using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 425 kg/mᶾ and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m.) 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials)..

Paving the floor with kota stone laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Dadooing of wall with Special type of ceramic wall tiles of approved quality, colour and design of size 600x600x8mm thick in all floor over a base layer in CM 1:2, (one of cement and two of sand) 10mm thick and laid in situ, in true alignment and pointed neatly with colour cement at the rate of 0.40kg/m2 to suit the colour of the tiles fixed in position with out any air gap in the tiles etc., complete complying with std. specification and as directed bythe deptl. officers. The colour & quality of tiles should be got appd. by the EE before use on work.

Cladding the vertical wall surface with best approved quality fine polished granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 10mm thick using cement mortar 1:2 (One cement and two sand)

Providing and Fixing, UPVC factory made, white colour sliding Door made of extruded profiles. Sliding frame 60 mm X 62 mm, Sash 66 mm x 42 mm, Bead 16 x 24.5mm. Profiles of frames and sash will be mitered cut and fusion welded at all corners including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc., making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket, 1.2±0.2mm thick galvanised steel profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mmx100mm long fasteners, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P-Sand) 20mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Treatment to side wall of varying thickness of basement floor, Lift pit, of main building from exterior surface covering the following sequence of operations :

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five sand), 12mm thick in all floors including curing and bonding agent Cebex 112,Zydex-Zyecrete 2x or other equivalent compound to be added etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three P.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to BIS at 2% by weight of cement used including finsihing, curing, etc., complete in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of Putty 3mm thick over the exposed RCC Surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be througly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing the surface shall than be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall be than sand papered (Waterpoof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. any uneveness shall be made good by applying 1 st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2 nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1 st coat of putty and then sand papering ( Waterpoof abrasive sheet) the same after its dry and finishing the surface smoothy etc.,complete complying with standard specifiction and as directed by the departmental officers.(The rate inclusive of hire charges for grinding machine with wheel,cost of sand paper(Waterpoof abrasive sheet) cost of putty blade,labour charges for grinding the joints and sand papering,two coats putty,scrapping the putty area to level the surface smooth etc., complete). The putty should be got approved by the Execuctive engineer before use on work.

Painting the wall with Texture Finish Paint including labour charges

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supply and installation of Anutone (or) Euivalent Brand of Acoustical False Ceiling of subtex nubby, square edge, glass fibre core fully encapsulated ceiling tile of size 595 x 595 x 15mm having volume density 120 Kgs / m3, weight 1.8 / 2.4 / 3 kg / m2 which is suspended by using 0.3mm thick skelet trelis T15 metal grid system. Skelet trelis T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes skelet WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the skelet MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. Skelet CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the skelet CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The subtex nubby square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade.
