Chipping of high strength RCC / High performance concrete by manually or mechanically for a required depth and profile in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor, Spillway glacis, stilling basin floor, spillway glacis or like the surfaces etc for up to 5th floor including cutting of reinforcement bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 150 meter lead as per direction of Engineer in charge. The surface of structure to be cleaned thoroughly by removing debris and washing etc, so as to provide clean, dry and strong surface for repair works. The rate is inclusive of all but exclusive of taxes etc.

Providing and applying of epoxy resin concrete bonding coat on prepared RCC surfaces in one or more coats with Performance Characteristic such as Compressive strength > 70 MPa, Flexural Strength>40MPa and Shear strength>15MPa etc. complete. The rate is excluding the cost of carriage, loading and unloading, taxes.

Providing and Laying Plum concrete in 1:2:4 c.c. (1cement, 2coarse sand, 4clean hard graded stone chips of 20 mm down nominal gauge) with 70% clean hard stone of sizes not exceeding 15cm including shuttering, compacting and curing complete, as per the direction of Engineer in Charge

Providing and laying dry stone masonry for any thickness of wall, brought to course roughly with hammer dressed to give uniform face; for construction of wall such as retaining, breast, and gabion or like etcetera with or without batter in straight / curvature (In plan) including laying of bond stone (Through stone, for wall thicker than 60 cm, bond stones may be of two pieces placed side by side overlapping at least 15 cm) up to wall height of 6.00 meter and an initial lead up to 30 meters. The face stone shall be comparatively larger with hammer dressed to secure closed joint so that the stones when laid will come into close proximity and to give uniform front face.
