Trimming the Border Plants using scissors to the required shape, size and as directed by the Engineer at site including cost of hire charges for all T& P materials, all labour charges for trimming, all lead, lift, transporting charges, disposing of debris away from the site etc., complete.
Anti Termite Spraying using Chemical emulsion chloropyrifos 20% EC mixed with water will be sprayed at the ratio of 1:19 for 5 Litres mixed solution per 100 m2 once in 3 months to control Termite, Cockroaches, mites, Silver Fish, Cloth Moth, Spider, Ants etc.,Wooden portions will be mixed with concentrated chemicals or with Kerosene and as directed by the engineer at site ( 4 operations per year).
General Disinfectants Work for the control of Cockroaches and other insects (spread of any virus) in office area ,once in 3 months using approved disinfectants, (4 services per year)
Replacement of damaged or worn out plumbing fixtures of 32 mm dia G.M.valve with necessary adaptors. The rate includes the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete using the ISI Brand.
Sweeping & cleaning of terrace for all quarters buildings including cost of all cleaning materials,labour,lead ,lift ,all T& P's etc complete as directed by the Engineer at site.
Rodent Control for the entire building shall be carried out once in a month, as and when required including removal of dead rats daily, cleaning and spraying with chemicals and as directed by the engineer at site (12 services per year).
Mosquito Control for the entire building shall be carriedout once in a fort-night and as directed by the engineer at site (24 services per year)
Cleaning of sump of 50000 litres capacity in quarters including cost of all cleaning materials, labour, lead, lift,cost of all consumables, all T& P's incliding removal of cover slab and refixing the same and finishing etc., complete as instructed by the Engineer at site.
Cleaning of dust bins and waste of each tenements and cleaning of kitchen waste, House drain, disposing the collected waste away from the tenements including cost of all cleaning materials, labour charges, etc. complete as directed by the Engineer at Site.
