Demolition of reinforced cement concrete (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) of any description and in any position, not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stone slabs tiles of any description or thickness laid bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of PCC in ground floors and paving not exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as directed by Engineer in charge.

M& L for reinforce cement conconcrete (nominal mix) type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness above top of footings; including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.ll as specified and as directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) for Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, desk slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and dirceted.

M/Lcement concrete type B-2 , 1:2:4 ( 40 mm graded aggregate ) , 100 mm thick with finished even and smooth with uisng extra cement complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 5 mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wires (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or secured with clips as in stirrups, spacer, and binder complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate of 50mm thick as in sub bases, sub floor, floors, paving and plingth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40mm graded aggregate as in sub base complete all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles30cm x 30cm x 22mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement and pigment to match with and including cement screed bed 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulder of guage not exc 63 mm deposited, spread, and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick watered and rammed to true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658 - 2006 of 60 mm thickness,M-35 Grade including with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed..

S/F framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete FE -290 Gde E-165 all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

M&L Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded aggregate) as in kerbs or mud stops,rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork rough finishes to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of coloumns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry type C1(1:3:6) (20mm graded aggregate) with solid block, exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / concrete wall / ceiling etc. including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces wall / ceiling, finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old decorated brick/ concrete plastered or unplastered surfaces of floor by Brooming down etc and applying one coats of Terracotta paint on floor/chequred tiles etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface of wall/fencing posts and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation of old plastered surface of wall/ fencing posts and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for salt -glazed stoneware 200mm drain pipes laid in trenches and jointed in cement concrete 1:4:8 Type D-2 bed including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m in depth for foundation, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holess, etc n exc 10Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as directed by Engineer in Charge

Removing excavated materila n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.
