Supply and erection of moulded case circuit breakers on wall or on existing pedestal including bonding to earth and necessary connections. HSR -31.12 (C) i) 15 amp.to 60 amp. 415 V ,25 KA 3-phase.

Supply and erection of M.S. angle iron frame duly welded for housing M.S. sheet & main switches etc. on it, fixed on wall by means of suitable size of rag bolts with cement concrete ,duly painted with three coats of approved paint including one coat of red oxide. (HSR 31.13). ii) Size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm.

M.S.Sheet (HSR 31.14).i) Supply and erection of 3 mm thick mild steel sheet duly welded on existing M.S. angle iron frame for fixing the main switches etc. as required, duly painted with three coats of approved paint including one coat of red oxide.

Supply and erection of sheet steel enclosure 2 pole / 3 pole with earth plug and socket suitable for incorporating single pole / triple pole MCB on wall / on existing pedestal complete with necessary connections etc. (HSR 31.15) ii) S.P.N. enclosure for single pole MCB 20 amp.

Supply and erection of miniature circuit breaker / isolator 240 /415 V in the existing distribution board including making necessary connections. (HSR 31.17). Miniature circuit breakers of 9 KA breaking capacity. ii) SP MCB 6 amp. to 32 amp.

viii)SPN MCB 40 amp. to 63 amp.

x) TPN MCB 40 amp. to 63 amp.

Supply and erection of Fittings and Accessories. (HSR 31.18). vii) .Call bell 220 / 230 volts A.C. Bakelite with double coil.

ix) Bell push flush type ( without flexible wire ) in existing sheet.

xi) Bakelite angle / straight button holder large size.

Erection and carriage of fans (HSR 31.20). i) Erection of ceiling fan complete with necessary earthing of fan and regulator including carriage from local railway station /goods transport /PWD store to the site of work.

iii) Erection of exhaust fan complete with necessary earthing of fan and regulator including carriage from local railway station /goods transport /PWD store to he site of work.

iv) Erection of cabin fan complete with necessary earthing including carriage from local railway station /goods transport /PWD store to the site of work.

Pipe Laying: Supply and erection of pipe for wiring purposes including bends inspection boxes etc. where necessary and painting as required. (HSR 31.21). vi) Galvanized iron pipe 50 mm dia on surface.

xv) Heavy gauge welded conduit pipe 20 mm dia 1.60 mm thickness on surface.

xvi) Heavy gauge welded conduit pipe 25 mm dia 1.60 mm thickness on surface.

(Q) Earthing (HSR 31.22). i) Earthing with GI earth pipe 4.5 m long and 40 mm dia with masonry enclosure on the top etc. as required .

ii) Extra for using salt and charcoal / coke for pipe earth electrode as required.

xii) Pdg. and laying earth connections from earth electrode with 4.00 mm dia G.I. wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode as required .

xvi) Pdg. and fixing 4.00 mm dia G.I.wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing as required .

Supply and erection of under ground cable ,loose in existing pipe or trenches complete with necessary connections . (HSR 31.26). ii) 10 Sq. mm 2 Core Ard.Cable.

Street Light. (HSR 31.30). xv) Supply and erection of 32 mm dia meter 1.5 meter long bracket ( B-Class ) making an angle of 10 to 15 degree with horizontal plane for mounting street light fitting fixing of GI bracket on wall with 2 Nos. , 32 mm x 3 mm thick MS clamps including the cost of cutting , welding of GI pipe complete with cement sand mixture , bolts and nuts etc. including necessary connections .

IV) Supply and erection of weather proof M.S.Box of size 20 cm x 15 cm x 10 cm. covered with 3.00 mm thick M.S.sheet hinged cover, locking arrangements , housed in wall , including the cost of 1 no. 16 amp. 415 volts kit-kat and 2 nos. 63 amp. 415 volts neutral links fixed on hard wood board in the M.S.Box including painting and necessary connections.
