Material and labour for prepartion of old painted surfaces of wood and wooden based surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper(OBD) over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed..

Complete removal of existing treatment and preparing wall surfaces and applying applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance,dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade(Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over new surfaces complete all as specified and as directed..

Complete removal of existing treatment and treating with two coats of cement base paint to wall surfaces over a coat of primer and including preparation of old surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing plants, weeds etc., on chajjas, roofs, walls at any position and at any situation of height upto and including 03 storeys/10m, RCC roof parapets and sparying weed controlling chemical using glyphosate or equivalent in dosages as per manufactures complete all as specified and as directed.

Obiterating old writing of any description n exc 0.1 sqm with paint to match existing works complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for re-writing letter or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n.exc 30cm height complete all as specified and as directed.

PART- II : COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE WORKS TO THE BLDGS IN OD MD ACCN & OTM ACCN OF ARMY AREA (B/R PORTION)

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed
