Dismantling of Brick / Stone Masonry in lime mortar walls under 3m high etc., Complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the ELCOT Officials

Providing and applying polymer modified cementitious waterproof coating for the sunken portions of toilets and other required wet areas, including both vertical and horizontal surfaces, as directed by the departmental officer.The surface shall be thoroughly cleaned using a wire brush to remove dust, loose particles, oil, grease, and any other contaminants. The waterproofing slurry shall be prepared by mixing the dry powder blend and polymer liquid in the manufacturer’s recommended ratio, and stirred thoroughly until a uniform, lump-free mixture is obtained.The first coat shall be applied by brush over the pre-wetted surface. After the first coat has dried completely, the second coat shall be applied crosswise to ensure complete coverage and a uniform film thickness, strictly following the manufacturer’s and engineer’s instructions.After completion of the coating, the treated surface shall be allowed to air cure as specified, and a minimum 24-hour water ponding test shall be conducted to check for any leakage or seepage. Any defective area showing signs of leakage shall be rectified at no extra cost to the satisfaction of the departmental officer.The rate quoted shall be inclusive of the cost of all materials, labour, tools, equipment, water, surface preparation, curing, and testing, complete in all respects as per standard specifications and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Laying of Brick jelly in lime concrete 1:5:12.5 (One Part of lime, Five parts of sand and twelve and half parts of broken brick jelly) using 40mm brick jelly, in toilets at all levels / all floor levels (Sunken Floor) including beating and consolidation, finishing, curing and inclusive of material, labour, tools and plants including lead, lifts and descents as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of the existing gypsum board false ceiling, including carefully dismantling the gypsum boards, G.I. framework, hangers, channels, screws, and all accessories without causing damage to the adjoining surfaces or fixtures. The work also includes thorough cleaning of the area after removal and safe disposal of all dismantled materials and debris to the approved dumping yard. The rate shall be inclusive of all labour, tools, equipment, and all incidental works, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC waste pipes of various diameters, conforming to BIS standards and capable of withstanding a pressure of 4 kg/sq.cm, including providing leak-proof joints with approved PVC adhesives. The pipes shall be fixed to walls using special Galvanized Iron Bracket with MS clamps, teak wood plugs, and brass screws, and properly connected to all sanitary fittings. The scope also covers dismantling masonry or RCC works wherever necessary and restoring the dismantled portions to their original condition, including finishing with plaster.The work shall further include testing the pipelines for leakage, cleaning the surface, and disposing of removed/damaged pipes to the dumping yard as directed. The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the cost of materials, labour, scaffolding charges, removal of the existing pipeline and all incidental expenses required to complete the work in all respects. The PVC pipes shall be of FINOLEX make or equivalent, and the materials shall be approved by the Executive Engineer before use on site, all in strict compliance with standard specifications.

Supplying and fixing pre-polished granite slabs of Jet Black or equivalent colour, 18–20 mm thick, for staircase treads and wash basin surrounds, with bullnose edges on all ends, verticals, and horizontals. T15 metal grid system of 600 x 600mm module includes WA15 W30 wall angle with unequal flanges of 15 / 19mm, length 3000mm, fixed along the perimeter of walls with the help of nylon sleeves and suitable fasteners at 300mm centers. Then suspend the MT15 W36 MainT with flange width 15mm, height 32mm and length 3600mm, from the soffit slab with help of soffit cleat and wire rod with leveling spring clip at 1200mm centres. CT15 W12 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 1200mm is interlocked into the pre-cut slots in the Main T15 at 600mm centers in the perpendicular direction to the Main T15. Finally, the CT15W06 CrossT with flange width 15mm, height 26mm and length 600mm are interlocked into the precut slots in the CT15W12 CrossT in direction parallel to the Main T15 to result in 600 x 600mm module. The Higher absorption Nubby finish tiles square edge of size 595 x 595 x 15mm shall be placed into the grid size of 600 x 600mm. Ensure arrow marks behind the tiles are oriented in one direction to achieve uniform shade. The systems to achieve noise reduction coefficient not less than 0.9 NRC, so as to have an neat appearance as directed by the department officers. Providing and fixing seamless ceiling with gypboard of 12.5 mm thick, fixed to the underside of the suspended grid formed of GI perimeter channel of size 20 x 27 x 30 mm (MF 6A) fixed along the wall by using wood screws and metal expansion rawl plugs. The GI intermediate channel of size 45 x 15 x 0.90 mm (MF7) shall be fixed to the suspended strap hanger / GI ceiling angle at intervals not more than 1220 mm. The suspended GI ceiling angle / Strap hanger is to be connected with GI soffit cleat of size 37 x 27 x 25 x 1.6 mm and it should be fixed on the PEB rafter / purlin for any available height, by using metal expansion fasteners of 12.5 mm dia. to a length of 35 mm with 6 mm dia. bolt / screw at top ends. Rate to include POP cornices elsewhere required as per the design .The GI ceiling section of size 80 x 26 x 0.5 mm (MF 5) is to be provided across the intermediate channel at intervals not more than 457 mm centres at bottom and the same shall be fixed by GI connection clips 2.64 mm dia. at the intersection points. The ends of ceiling section (MF 5) channel by adopting an overlap length of minimum 150 mm, connected with intermediate channel shall be fixed to perimeter channel in insertion. The gypboard shall be fixed to the under side of the suspended grid by using 25 mm long dry wall screws. The joints shall be finished with joint paper tape by using jointing compound of India Gypboard Ltd., and applying over it 3 layers of the filler compound to provide a smooth surface. The rate shall include making cutouts for tube lights, spot lights, duct doors, of specified size, grills etc. for which no extra will be paid separately.

The sign shall display a clear male/female pictogram and text (“TOILET” / “MEN TOILET ” / “WOMEN TOILET”/STORE ROOM/PHYCAL CHELENGE TOILET) as per client requirements, executed in CNC laser etching or UV-printed vinyl laminated for durability. Edges shall be rounded to a 2 mm radius to eliminate sharpness. Providing and fixing Solid Core Flush shutters with commercial ply on both side with teakwook lipping alround 35mm thick made of solid core block board bonded with phenol-formaldehyde synthetic resin and thermopressed, finished with laminate on both sides in approved colour and shade. The shutters shall have 12 mm thick teak wood external lipping all around and shall conform to IS 2202. They shall be shop-prepared to accommodate cylindrical locks, indicator locks, or latches, with suitable wooden lock blocks as required, and shall be free from twist, warp, and of correct size. Supplying and fixing Hydraulic Door Closer with Door Stopper of various sizes and approved quality, manufactured from aluminium extruded section body, tubular type, universal design, suitable for both left-hand and right-hand doors. The door closer shall be provided with a double-speed adjustment mechanism for smooth closing and latching action. The make shall be HARDWYN (GAZEL) or equivalent, conforming to relevant IS standards and bearing the ISI certification mark. The work includes supplying all materials, labour, tools, and tackles, and completing the installation with proper alignment, fixing screws, and accessories, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, at all required heights and locations.

Painting the existing old wood work with two coats of synthetic enamel ready-mixed paint of approved quality, make, and colour in all floors, including removal of the existing paint and applying one coat of primer, complete in all respects and complying with standard specifications. The make, quality, and colour of the paint shall be got approved by the ELCOT Engineer before use on the works, as directed by the departmental officers.
