SUB HEAD-III (Earthing and Lightening Conductor)

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25mm x 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 Mtr below ground as strip earth electrode including connection/termination with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc as required.(Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 set of GI Nut Bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing of lightning conductor finial, made of 25 mm dia 300 mm long, G.I. tube, having single prong at top, with 85 mm dia 6 mm thick G.I. base plate including holes etc. complete as required.

Jointing copper / G.I. tape (with another copper/ G I tape, base of the finial or any other metallic object) by riveting / nut bolting/ sweating and soldering etc as required.

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For horizontal run)

Providing and fixing G.I. tape 20 mm X 3 mm thick on parapet or surface of wall for lightning conductor complete as required.(For vertical run)

Providing and fixing testing joint, made of 20 mm X 3 mm thick G.I. strip, 125 mm long, with 4 nos. of G.I. bolts, nuts, chuck nuts and spring washers etc. complete as required.

SUB HEAD-IV (Compound Lighting)

SITC of 40W LED street light made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover having TOP Opening seperate driver compartment with IP66 protection and impact resistance of IK07 complete with associated accessories suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 Hz AC supply i/c connections etc. as reqd. (Havells:- ENDURAPEARL NEOSL40 WLED757PASYTOPC of SS make)

Providing and fixing 25 watt LED Post top decorative fitting IP 65 i/c connection with 1.5sqmm copper conductor FR PVC cable testing commissioning etc complete as required at site. (Havells :-CORALPT25WLED757PSYMTOPC or SS make)

Supply of 4 Meters long Galvanised Octagonal pole with single arm bracket (Mayfair MF 32 or equivalent) of 1 Meter length & in built Junction box consisting bakelite sheet, 6amp SP MCB & 6 amp connector etc. for making connection with suitable size of copper wire in the box. Bottom and top diameter of the pole shall be 130mm & 60mm respectively with 3mm thickness and base plate of size 210mmX210mmX12mm and 4 nos. foundation bolts of 16mm dia X 450 mm length with nuts & washers etc. complete as required as per drawing attached. (M/s Mayfair or equivalent similar superior make)

Erection of the above street light pole on RCC foundation i/c making the 1:2:4 RCC foundation of size 400mm X 400mm and height of 1000mm below gruond level and 300mm above ground level i/c s/f of Raft, Verticals & Ring TOR rods, making Raft of size 900mmX900mm with 1:4:8 PCC & fixing of anchor bolts, plastering the exposed surface etc. complete as required as per drawing attached.

Supplying and drawing 3 core 1 sqmm PVC insulated PVC seathed copper conductor cable with relevent IS specification for looping between Junction box to Fitting as required.

Supplying XLPE insulated aluminium conductor armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS: 7098 part -1 of following sizes etc. as required.

Supplying and embedding 32mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in pole collar/ foundation (during casting) for cable entry including bending the pipe to the required shape complete as required.

SITC of digital Time switch 1 channel weekly cycle with pre- recorded adjustable programs in the existing distribution board for automatic switching of lighting system , complete with interconnection wiring with suitable size cu. Conductor wire , etc as reqd. ( M/s L&T Model J848B1 or Equivalent similar superior make).

Supplying and fixing of following sizes of medium class PVC pipes along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
