Taking down cement plaster of any discription on any surfaces, on brick or stone walls etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick plaster in cement (1:6) on brick work or stone masonary surface on other than fair face of brick work or on one side of lathing or concrete surfaces or stone masonry surfaces of wall, finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for taking down and refixing aluminium window shutter not exceeding 1.20 sqm each in the same opening after repair/replacement/changing defected/unservicable of anodised aluminium section, handle, locking device, roller including necessary joining cleats glazing clips, rubber neaprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) The rate quoted under this item deemed included for necessary jointing cleats, glazing clips, aluminium beading, screws, rubber packing, locking device, in built handles, roller for sliding window etc & fitting of old glass. However, no element on account of weight will be taken into consideration for these items. (ii) Section of aluminium for repair/replacement shall be provided as per existing paid for separatly and glass, wire mess will be paid for seperatly.

M&L for taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring without any damage (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fitting such as switches, ceiling rose, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting, switch board etc removing material to store for reuse at site and refixing the same material and making good disturbed area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
