Repairs to the 30KVA voltage stabilizer available at site by way of:- (i) Shifting 30KVA voltage stabilizer to workshop and then raising the core assembly from the oil bath and then removing damaged bush rods, damaged Bakelite plate, damaged voltage Regulator. (ii) Rewinding one No. leg coils, with suitable gauge, standard quality copper wire, the tapping shall be taken from the coil to qive uniform boosting to the voltage over various steps. Providing and fitting of lethoride sheet, cotton tape etc. Applying good quality insulating varnish in sufficient quantity to new as well as to other Coils, drying these coils by suitable means and then refitting the coils in the core, (iii) Providing and fitting of hand operated Bakelite plate type 8”X8" heavy duty voltage Regulator having suitable copper Contacts recessed in Bakelite plate having 06 Boosting steps. (iv)Providing/fitting of voltmeters 02 Nos 0-500V range square dial, industrial grade flush pattern including necessary wiring and phase indication lamps, (v)Providing/filling 30 litres transformer oil of required grade and dielectric strength for topping up. Re-assembling the unit and connecting it in circuitry and the testing it on no load and full load. All tools, tackles and skilled/unskilled labours required for the job shall be arranged and brought to site by the contracting agency. The rate includes rebate on old scrap to be retained by the contracting agency.

Providing, fitting, testing and commissioning of MCCB 250 Amp. as per specifications below to replace the old damaged MCCB: Qty. = 01 No. of poles = 04 Rated Current = 250 Amp. Rated frequency = 50 +/- 3 % Hz Ambient temperature = 40C˚ Ultimate S.C Breaking Cap = 50KA Type of release = Fixed Thermal & fixed Magnetic settings.
