Chipping and removing the charred portion of plastering around the plinth, and transporting the same to far off place as directed by the Engineer at site including the cost of all labour, lead, lift etc., complete.

Washing and removing the smoke deposits caused due to fire and preparing the surfaces of steel structures to receive fresh paints, including the cost of all materials, labour, lead, lift etc., complete
