M & L for Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified by the Engineer-in-charge.

M & L for Cutting the existing PCC floor/road/foot path not exeeding 15cm width,30 cm depth for laying of UG cable/protection of pipe all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for PCC type B1,1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, laying and testing in replacement of cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 sq mm 3.5 core. Including taking down old unserviceable cable any size by dismantling of all electrical connection etc all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S& F XLPE insulated armoured and pvc sheated heavy duty electric cable size 4 core ,35 Sqmm cross sectional area with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade as per IS 7098 (Part-1) 1988 with latest amendment laid in tranches passing through pipes /ducts including testing complete note- rate is inclusive of cable gland & cable lugs Note -Excavation and earth work shall be measured and paid for separately under relevant item of schedule.

Laying of LT 1.1 kV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured aluminium/copper conductor power cables of different sizes in ground / ducts including drawing the cables through 63 X 50mm DWC pipes, as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The work also includes laying, fixing and neatly saddling the said cables in approved size DWC pipes on walls / ceilings / columns with suitable MS saddles, clamps, nuts, bolts, spacers and rawl plugs at required intervals, including all labour, tools, tackles and materials necessary to complete the work in all respects. All DWC pipe joints shall be made using manufacturer-approved couplers, ensuring smooth internal bore, proper alignment, and continuous unobstructed duct for easy cable pulling, replacement and future provision. Couplers shall be fixed securely as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x600 mm x 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less then 2.25 meter below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less then 1.50 meter below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth wire 4.00mm dia by means of bolts ,nuts ,check nuts and washers complete up to and including test point made out of 40 x 6mm alum flat including earthing pit , charcoal common salt ,Earthing lead 4.00mm dia up to 7.5m, 20mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe ,PPC pit in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate ,PCC pit cover including earth work complete all as shown in electrical plate No-5 of SSR-1991 (part-I)

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Silent Diesel Generating Set of 20 kVA capacity, 415 Volts, 3-phase, 4-wire, 50 Hz, water-cooled, silent type, complete with diesel engine directly coupled to brushless alternator, mounted on common base frame with anti-vibration mounts and factory-fabricated acoustic enclosure conforming to latest CPCB-II emission and noise norms with foundation as per OEM design control panel with necessary meter and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms, and 02 set of earthing The DG set shall be complete with standard control panel having necessary meters, indications, alarms and safety protections, starting battery with charger, fuel tank, exhaust system with residential silencer, flexible connections, cabling, earthing, civil foundation, commissioning, testing on load and trial run, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge by the Engineer-in-Charge.
