RESURFACING OF ROADS AT (CANTEEN STORE DEPARTMENT) UDHAMPUR UNDER GE (NORTH) UDHAMPUR

Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal), complete, all as specified and as directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc., and applying evenly a priming / tack coat on existing black top surfaces with paving bitumen primer using bitumen emulsion SS-1 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Square Metre and including Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete 30mm (consolidated thickness with 5.5% paving bitumen using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) binder content by weight of total mix with hydrostatic sensor paver finisher rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient using power roller 8 to 12 tonne, complete, all as specified and as directed.

Premix bituminous macadam with 4% paving using bitumen VG-30 paving grade ( 50 -70 penetration) bitumen binder, laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness upto maximum 75mm), complete, all as specified and as directed.

Applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving cationic bitumen emulsion SS-1 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Square Metre, by mechanical sprayer, complete, all as specified & directed

Making strip straight line, arrow marking, zebra crossing and stop lines not less than 2.5 mm thick with hot applied thermoplastic road marking paint of approved brand (white or yellow) including admixture layer of glass beads confirming to BS-6088 and MOST specification by using automatic mechanical road marking machine including cleaning of all dirt, scales oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete, all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions. complete all as specified and directed.

Delineators made of ABS plastic fitted with two Nos. 100 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made of PMMA on both sides of the post and mounted on mild steel pipe of 50 mm duly powder coated height 800mm, anti rust etc including fixed in PCC block (size 30x30x30 cm) of PCC 1:2:4 Type B-I, including taking down old delineators, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of PCC and earth work is deemed to be included in unit cost.

Supply and fixing solar delineator made of polycarbanate and toughened aluminium alloy body, height of 47mm dia mild steel power coated pipe 1000mm, hieght of top fitting -145mm & dia -80mm, comprising of 4 super bright LEDs which give 360 degree viewing and solar panel-2.5V, 120mm (Approx) 1.25V with rechargeable battery -1 No including fixing on ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of block size 30x30x30cm including excavation earth work & removing excavated soil to distance n.exc 50m,complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : Cost of PCC and earth work is deemed to be included in unit cost.

Convex mirror of 800mm dia, made of polycorbonate material provided with 50mm dia mild steel medium weight pipe post of 108m high, duly powder coated fixed on ground with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 of block size 60x60x60 cm, fixing in repair including earth work & removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, complete all as specified as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
