Provision of UPS for GLF facilities at Kanpur Airport (Inclusive of AICMC for 6 Years after DLP of 2 years)

Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning of 2 Nos. x 20 KVA online double conversion UPS systems based on PWM IGBT technology, configured for parallel redundant operation. The systems shall be suitable for 3-phase input at 50±10% Hz AC supply and shall provide a 3-phase output of 415V ± (0.5-1)%, conforming to the technical specifications of the tender document. The work includes interconnection between the UPS units and the battery bank, as well as interconnection between the UPS units for parallel operation by providing steel conduit, copper cables / wires of required size & lengths including laying. Both UPS systems shall operate simultaneously and share the load; in the event of failure of UPS-I, UPS-II shall take the full load, and vice versa, as required. (Note: 01 Job = 2 Nos. x 20 KVA UPS. The battery bank shall be installed in the adjacent room.)

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of a Battery Bank to provide uninterrupted power backup for at least 30 minutes at full load (for each UPS mentioned in Sl. No. 1). The battery bank shall consist of a sufficient number of VRLA SMF batteries of suitable AH capacity, calculated as per OEM recommendations, including all necessary connections and interconnections as per site requirements. Each battery bank shall be provided with an isolation breaker. The battery bank is to be installed on a painted MS battery rack/stand of adequate strength and size, suitable for multi-layer storage and designed to fit within the available room size (approximately 14 feet x 6 feet). (Note: 01 Set Battery Bank = Total No. of Batteries required for each single UPS for 30 minutes backup on full load)

Design, supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of an indoor, floor-mounted LT panel suitable for operation at 415V, 50Hz, 3-phase, 4-wire system. Bus bar shall be made of Aluminium of suitable size and capacity.The panel shall be fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet, duly powder-coated, and shall have IP-42 degree of protection. It shall be mounted on a stand of suitable height to facilitate bottom cable entry and shall be provided with a 3 mm thick detachable gland plate. The panel shall consist of the following: Incomer : a) Incoming feeders (3-Phase, 100A TPN MCCB, 25kA) with suitable size aluminium busbars with insulation sleeves., voltmeter, ammeter with selector switches, indication lamps and control wiring- 02 Nos. Bus Coupler : b) Bus Coupler (TPN MCCB, 100A, 25kA) with mechanical interlocking arrangement and necessary control wiring- 01 Nos. Outgoing : c) 32A MCB controlled single Phase Output feeders with rotary switch- 04 Nos. d) Single Phase Output DP MCBs (32A)- 02 Nos e) 63A TPN MCCBs with suitable space for termination of 3.5 x 120 sq.mm Aluminum armoured cable - 03 Nos. f) Internal wiring, indication lamps on incoming and outgoing, ferruling, earthing terminals, and appropriate cable dressing and labelling for all incomer, bus coupler and outgoing feeders complete as required.

Supply and fixing of class A electrical insulation mats confirming to IS 15652 of thickness minimum 2.0mm with shock proof of size 1mtr X 2mtrs (or as per site requirement) complete as required.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning (SITC) of 1.5 TR BEE 5-star rated high wall split inverter air conditioner, complete with inverter compressor, suitable for operation on 230V ±10% AC power supply. The job includes the provision and installation of suction and discharge copper pipes of appropriate size with insulation, PVC insulated and sheathed multicore copper conductor power cable from indoor to outdoor unit and a drain pipe of required length. The outdoor unit shall be installed on a suitably sized MS stand as per site requirements. The scope of work also includes any minor civil works necessary for proper installation, making the job complete in all respects.

Supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of automatic changeover timer capable of switching operation between two split AC units (item no. 5) alternately at a programmable interval of 2 to 8 hours including wiring, connectins etc. as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of single phase automatic voltage stabilizer, suitable for operation of 1.5 TR inverter-type high-wall split air conditioner. The stabilizer shall have an input voltage range of 170V to 270V and output voltage of 230V ±1%. It shall be wall-mountable, with digital display for input and output voltage, built-in time delay system, over-voltage and under-voltage cut-off and thermal overload protection. The job includes all accessories, hardware, interconnections and civil works (if any) for proper installation and commissioning, complete as required.

Supply of 4 C x 16 sqmm, 1.1 KV grade XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured copper conductor cable conforming to IS 7098 (Part 1) amended up to date.
