Material and labour for Cleaning of NSB-I Swimming Pool of size 25 m x 13.5 m using Eco friendly / harmless to human being cleaning material and suitable methods to make the pool water crystal clear bottom of the pool and transparent water all the time before filling as required at site complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for cleaning of swimming pool by taking out of muddy water and removing the mud/settled particles and all other foreign material from the swimming pool and depositing where directed but not less than 50 mtr from the starting point including scraping / removing all dirt/scales from the internal wall of the swimming pool and washing the bottom surface and wall surface of the swimming pool with clean water, draining out the dirty water so that the whole swimming pool be thoroughly cleaned after pumping out all existing water by portable centrifugal/mono block pumping set, applying sulfuric acid on surface and wall of swimming pool and outer drain out path for removing the settled chemicals on surface/wall. after cleaning with sulfuric acid filling up of swimming pool with fresh water and make the pool water crystal clear when pool is start and make the bottom clear when pool is closed. Note:-Quoted rates shall inclusive of manpower and cleaning material, safety gears and ladders etc required at site for filling up the swimming pools with water and de-watering on completion of Operation and Maintenance of swimming pools

Supply and charging(filling in) in replacement of old worn out/uncleaned/choked filter media in filtration cum recycle plant of capacity 100000 ltrs/hr to maintain the desired filter flow rate as recommended by manufacture and swimming pool norms complete all as specified and directed. Filter media details are as under:-

(viii) Replacement of Pressure gauges and flow meters from Filtration plant.

(ix) Repair and replacement of Air release pipe and valve from all filtration plant .

Material and labour in replacement of Suction sweeping complete Assembly with desired SS suction head with PVC wheel, spring loaded brush & rubber squeezer including trolley (MS Painted Trolley with wheels) mounted non clog self priming centrifugal pump of 3 HP TEFC three phase motor & DOL starter, 50 meter long flexible 3 core copper cable, 30 mtrs 40mm dia PVC hose pipe, 50 meter long rope including 02 Nos algae brushes, leaf net 1 Nos, Test Kit 1 No and float ball PVC 8" - 20 Nos complete all as specified & as directed.

Servicing of the following control devices/Equipment for controlling/cleaning/measuring inlet and outlet of water supply for making them functional after thoroughly opening, greasing the moving parts, gland rope filling of the similar size and length, tightening the gland plate and reassembling the same for smooth operating:-

(a) Existing Sluice Valves/foot valve/NRV of any size

(b) Existing Strainers of any size in existing pipe lines

(c) Butter fly valves of any size

Material and Labour for fabrication in replacement of rusted base frame with MS Channel of existing size for foundation of booster pump set including two coat of synthetic enamel black paint over a coat of red oxide primer including taking out of old base frame and grouting new frame in the existing grouted bolts and nuts, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) the quoted rate shall be inclusive of taking out of motor and refixing after completion of work. (ii) The contractor will make sure that the frame fixed is levelled and both pump and motor are fully aligned to work smoothly. (iii) any repair required in foundation will be inclusive in quoted rate by the contractor.

Supply in replacement of GI Pipe Heavy grade of size 40 mm bore, ISI marked for making long keys for operating deep down sluice valves of the swimming pool.

Material and labour for welding and fixing of suitable 'EYE' of 25 mm square from inside to 40 mm dia GI Heavy grade pipe, length 5 mtr for opening and closing for sluice valves with the help of circular wheel, inside a reservoir/sump/valve pit for pool operation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rewinding of motor 2HP to 3HP with super enamelled winding copper wire of existing size/gauge after cutting of buried winding including all insulation material such as insulation varnish , PVC copper cable lead glass fiber sleeves cotton tape insulation paper and heating in heat chamber at appropriate temp complete all specified and directed.

Repair/maintenance/ servicing to 3 phase electric driven air compressor with motor of capacity 5 HP Make: EVEREST BLOWER for filtration plant after disconnecting the electrical connection , dismantling, the compressor and motor from foundation taking to the civil workshop and carry out the repair by replacing compressor bearing gland packing , nut bolt and washer including necessary greasing , oiling , machining work for its smooth bringing back/fixing at its original position and testing complete including painting the complete set with 2 coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in charge ( Rewinding of motor shall be measured and paid separately )

Supplying, injecting and mixing of alum sulphate in swimming pool through dozing system installed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, injecting and mixing of soda ash in swimming pool through dozing system installed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, injecting and mixing of TCC A90 in swimming pool through dozing system installed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying, injecting and mixing of copper sulphate in swimming pool through dozing system installed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and filling AQUAFIT brand calcium hypochlorite 65% to 70 % chlorine content (in drum) the form of granular and tablet complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for isolation of power supply from the existing electric panel , Lifting of submersible pumping set of any capacity from deep bore well of any depth with chain and pulley arrangement ,transportation of submersible pump set to civil workshop, returning back of pump set on site after repair work completed and lowering down the submersible pump set Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement nuts, bolts, rubber gasket complete set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.. Note :One job shall be inclusive of all nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gasket required for lifting/lowering of pipe line for one pumping set complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L complete overhauling/repair of defective submersible pump/sewage pump of 10HP to 12.5 HP ,dismantling of UNSV motor from pump set and opening the pump including cleaning of all parts, oiling/greasing, replacing of unserviceable parts such as CI connection stage neck ring, remelting of GM impeller DOL bush,SS stud with seal, revolving disc,EPV impeller,impeller key,repairing of stamping of stator,CI DOL piece,SS coupling with key,CI suction Piece. GM sand guard and any other parts of pump of capacity 5HP to 7.5 HP, 3 phase motor driven (excluding motor winding) cast iron/cast steel body complete and connecting with motor portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of re-winding of motor of submersible pump /sewage pump set of capacity 5.0 HP to 7.5 HP (for Navy area and panchwati) with suitable size copper conductor wire after cutting of existing burnt winding including replacement of unserviceable parts such as GM bearing,Rotor sleeve,water seal,thrust bearing segment, thrust bearing counter, thrust plate, T-bolt, submersible cable jointing kit, revolving disc, Rotor sleeve, impeller, distance sleeve, guide bush,DOL sleeve,O ring,motor seal,CI lower housing and upper housing, diffuser,all insulating materials such as insulation varnish, PVC copper cable lead, glass fiber sleeves, cotton tape, insulation paper and heating in heat chamber at appropriate temperature complete all as specified & directed.

Taking out Manhole cover and Desludging the existing manhole septic tank including removing of Sludge/Mud/Muck, Desilting/Dechoking with combine high pressure water jetting cum suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV and disposed off outside MD land and blocking of the sewage line of septic tank to stop the entry of waste water/sludge/mud in sewage well at palam bagh/panchwati.

M & L for disposal of waste water up to 06 feet depth of Sewage well and 04 Feet depth of Man Hole by using Portable sewage pumping set of capacity 7.5 HP and filling of waste water in a covered trolley and disposed off outside MD land all as specified and directed.

M & L for removal of Sludge/Mud/Muck/Waste material/Silt upto a depth of 14 feet , Desilting/Dechoking with high pressure super socker machine and cleaning of surface of sump of sewage well using wire brushes and other scrapping tools to remove dirt and scales to make it free from all deposits and disposed of the same to outside MD land all as specified and directed.

Preventive and comprehensive maintenance of complete fire alarm system(s) installed at Chiman Block (G+8) in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise by regularly examining the sensor/detector, Main fire alarm control panels, Repeater panels, Hooters, MCP, Sirens etc of various type / capacity / make, including making the non-functional parts of fire alarm system into fully functional condition, attending day to day complaint / fault(s) in general shift of 08 hrs every day incl Sunday & holiday, including quarterly cleaning of the detectors and monthly joint testing/inspection of the complete fire alarm system, including replacement of minor items such as wire, lugs, nut, bolts, screws, electronic circuit, chip etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr- in- charge. Note : (i) The complete fire alarm system(s) will be handed over to contractor in existing condition and no claim on this effect will be accepted at any stage. Hence, the bidder is advised to visit the site to assess the quantum of work to be carried out in this contract and quote their rates accordingly. (ii) The cost of all kind of repair /servicing/ replacement of defective equipment/devices and other minor parts/spares or cell/ batteries as and when required for making the entire fire alarm system(s) fully functional, is deemed to be included in quoted rates and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor on this effect.
