Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel and labour charges for cutting, bending, grilling, tying and fixing in position as per standard specification.

Centering for sides and soffiots including necessary supports and strutting as directed by the departmetal officers. Rate for 10m2 for the following items (RCC floor slab, Rectangular/ Square, Tee/ Ell beams. Lintels.

Rainforcement CC 1:1.5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and favricative charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roofs

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortor 1:3 mix to 10mm thick for RCC . Items including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc completed

Plastering with C.M 1:5 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles 23 C.m x 23 C.m x 2 C.m size using cement mortor 1:3 mix mixed with 2% by weight of Crude Oil and pointing with Cement Mortor 1:3 mix Cost of all materials and labour charges and brick jelly concrete etc., complete as per standard specifications

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm finished thickness with c.m 1:3-20mm Tk and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete
