Supply and fixing in repairs on existing cross arm and testing pole mounted LED flood light fittings 60 watt, 230 volts 50 Hz made out of pressure die cast aluminium housing, power coated with toughned glass and individual LEDs with secondary optics and IP66 protection not less than 100 luman/watt and beam angle greater than 120 degree and HF electronic driver complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge..

M&L in repairs weather proof single core cable with aluminium conductor 2.5 sqmm from junction box to LED light, 3 core, neutral and earth complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rigid non-metallic PVC conduit 20mm dia incl fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddled, pipe hooks etc complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in repairs loop in, loop out junction box of minimum size 250x200x105mm, three phase, 4 wire out door type, IP 65, made out of polycarbonate with glass fiber re-inforced pole mounting consisting of aluminium bus bar strip 150x20x3mm, 4 Nos fixed on porcelain insulator and provision of incoming/outgoing cables with gromets including 01 No inbuilt 1 amp to 6 Amp MCB, SP, 10KA complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :Sintex GSJB2520 or similar in Hansel or legrand or havells

M&L in repairs for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricted from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying and testing in replacement of XLPE LT Cables of size 16SQMM, 4 core, 1100 volt grade heavy duty with XLPE insulated stranded aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with Galvanised steel strip and over all PVC sheathed stranded conductor conforming to IS-7098 (Part-I) with latest amendments laid in trenches/fixed to wall/pole/laid in floor including necessary connections and suitable size of thimbling complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Excavation, earth work, sand cushioning, brick protection, cutting of road and pipe shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate of this schedule

Excavation in trenches for laying of cable for pole & stay n.exc 1.5 mtr wide & n. exc 1.5 mtr in depth & getting out in soft/loose soil complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing the excavated material(soil) upto a distance n.exc 50mtr & depositing where directed a level n. exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returining & filling in including sparding levelling, watering &well ramming in layers n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point in soil complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand for underground cable 8 cm before laying cable and 15cm after laying and punned to 18cm after laying of cable complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose.

Supply and laying best quality locally available Sub class 'B' bricks (old size) for cable protection cover, laid flat and lay in trenches over the cable complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for tubing GI light grade 40mm bore for installation of cable including fixing arrangement all as required and complete all specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x60cmx6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, earth plate surrounded by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt, connected to earth lead of GI wire 4mm dia (8 SWG) by means of bolts, nuts and washers of the earth wire galvanised iron or steel and thimbles and other end of the warth wire connected to earthing test point and protected by galvanised iron pipe light grade 15mm dia and water pipe 20mm dia GI light grade with funnel and wire mesh, PCC chamber in cement consrete (1:2:4) type B-1 and CI cover with frame all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part -I of SSR 2009. Note :- (i) 20mm dia GI pipe for watering to be provided with a socket and plug and should be 10cm above ground level. (ii) Outer edge of earth pit will be 1 metre away from the outer edge of PCC chember. (iii) GI wire upto DBs earth connection is included in this item. (iv) Water pipe shall be provided in slanting position.

Note:- The contract sum shall be calculated by deducting the amount shown in Credit Schedule attached to this tender, from total amount of Schedule 'A'/BOQ
