Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) n.exc 1.5 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door frames of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm single side prelaminated PVC sheet and edges will be painted to match with prelaminated sheet reinforced with MS square tube as per specification and directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S tubes for top & bottom rails, M.S frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either toside and as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in M.S frame welded/sealed to stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement. Supplying and fixing in the frame at site as specified of drawing all as specified and directed..

M&L for glazed ceramic designed coloured tiles size 450x350x7 mm thick/350x250x7 mm thick on vertical surface such as dado/skirting etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match with coloured over rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM (1:4) as in backing coat of tiling complete including dismantling of existing tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing, serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats with shutters (without taking down of shutter from the frames) exc 1.50 Sqm and n.exc 4.00 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutter of any description exc 1.00 Sqm and n.exc 2 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors chowkhats or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-290 (Gde E165) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel, plain, black sheet in wall cladding, steel gates and similar work, cut to size, holes punched; including round headed screws, clout nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with plain 40 mm lap joints with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles, etc. as required

S&F Pressed steel frames 125x60mm made of MS sheet of 1.20 mm thickness for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc., complete as specified and directed.
