Dismantling doors, windows and clerestory windows (steel or wood) shutter including chowkhats, architrave, holdfasts etc. complete and stacking within 50 metres lead: Of area 3 sq. metres and below (HSR 5.29.1)

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead. (HSR 5.45)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work below plinth level and up to Floor IV level: 1 :4: 8 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded cum stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (HSR 6.1.6)

Providing and laying vitrified floor tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved make, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1 :4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.63.2)

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete. Size of Tile 600x600 mm (HSR 10.67.2)

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (HSR 10.76)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 fine sand) (HSR 11.5.2)

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete. (HSR 11.58)

Applying pink primer or aluminium priming coat on wood work including preparation of surface, Knotting and stopping etc. (HSR 11.77)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. (HSR 11.78)

Providing and fixing panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows, including ISi marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws, excluding panelling which will be paid for separately, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note:- Butt hinges and necessary screws shall be paid separately} Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood30 mm thick shutters. (HSR 12.7.2.2)

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanized M.S. wire gauge of average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm for doors, windows and clerestory windows with hinges and necessary screws: 30 mm thick shutters Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock wood. (HSR 12.19.2.1.2)

Dressing bed and preparation of sub grade for lining in earth work, with admixture of shingle or kankar by mechanical/ mannual means. Up to 40 percent (HSR 14.3.1)

Construction of Embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits, including compensation of earth, with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2, as per technical clause 305 of MORT&H specifications. (HSR 17.6)

Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. (HSR 30.21)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready made) having voe content less than 50 gm per litre. of approved manufacturer and of required shade and colour complete. as per manufacture r's specification. One or more coats on old work. (HSR 30.34.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade: Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 litre/ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface. (HSR 30.37.1) Note:- 1. In case of any difference in the unit & nomenclature of any of the HSR Items of Civil, P.H. work depicted in this DNIT and that given in HSR, the unit and nomenclature given in HSR shall be applicable. 2. Only reputed make material will be used (make/brand exhibited in HSR and exhibited in approved standard document) as approved by Engineer-in-charge, while executing various items/works at site.
