REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF CHILLED WATER PIPE LINE GI DUCTING AND CONNECTED ITEMS FOR AC PLANT AT AF STN NAL UNDER GE AF NAL

Supply and laying in repair of MS pipe , Class 'C' confirming to IS 1239/3589, heavy class, Nominal Dia 100 mm, chilled water piping including necessary fittings viz. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, drain valves, structural support, necessary clamps, vibration isolators duly insulated with nitrile insulation of 19mm thickness complete pipe laid in trenches or on floor / wall / ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fasteners) with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in repair of MS pipe , Class 'C' confirming to IS 1239/3589, heavy class, Nominal Dia 80 mm, chilled water piping including necessary fittings viz. bends, tees, reducers, flanges, drain valves, structural support, necessary clamps, vibration isolators duly insulated with PUF insulation of thickness 19mm including chicken wire mesh of size 12.5 mm x 0.51 mm (24 SWG) hexagonal construction, stretched firmly over the insulation along with cement mortar (1:3) . Pipe laid in trenches or on floor / wall / ceiling with clamps, hangers, angles, channels (using anchor fasteners) with necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabrication, installation and testing in repair GSS sheet metal ducting complete with TDF flange rectangular/square duct made out of 'L' shaped hollow profile, duly factory boxed, incl all accessories such as Corner, Cleat, Carriage bolt, EDPM rubber Gasket and appropriate sealant on longitudinal joints etc complete with spliter damper, duct damper, vanes etc fabricated out of galvanised sheet class VII 120gm/ sqm zinc coating conforming to lS 277&IS 655 all as required and as per IS specification , complete with GI nut bolts, supporting Structure etc and as per approved drawings complete all as specified and directed for the following gauges :- Note : 1. The cost is inclusive of duct with reinforcement/ strengthening, air tight joints, incl accessories painting with black colour paint for duct sides behind the grills. 2. The fire retardant gasket shall be used for jointing the ducts.

S & F in repair of FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric foam based on synthetic rubber (NBR), laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim tested for service temperature range 0- 105 ˚C as per EN 14706, EN 14707 & EN 14304, thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature θm = 20 ˚C as per EN 12667 & EN ISO 8497, water vapour diffusion resistance factor μ ≥ 12000 as per EN 12086 & EN 13469, water absorption by volume 0.2% as per ASTM C 1763 & ASTM C 209, Class 0 fire performance as per BS 476 Part 6: 1989, Class 1 surface spread of flame as per BS 476 7: 1997, flammability HB, V-0 as per UL- 94, having good resistance to mechanical impact, excellent resistance to ozone, oil and chemicals, zero ozone depletion potential along with adhesives and other necessary accessories having13 mm thick thermal insulation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for ISI marked 1.1 kV grade aluminium conductor,3.5 core 35 sqmm , XLPE insulated armoured cables, conforming to IS: 7098 (Part 1)- 1988 having stranded aluminium compact shaped conductor as per Cl. 2, IS: 8130- 1984, PVC inner sheath, single armouring of galvanized steel strip/wire and PVC Type ST- 2 outer sheath conforming to IS: 5831- 1984, including taking out existing old cable complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches for laying underground cables, pipe, poles and stays in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m deep and getting out, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling,watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms thick, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of 8cm deep before laying the cable and 15cm deep after laying and stretching the cable, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned thickness shall be measured for payment.

M&L for Brick covering with common burnt clay bricks old size laid as width equal to length of brick for protection to cables with well burnt sub class 'B' bricks laid dry flat all as directed.

M&L for trenchless boring upto 100 mm bore for road crossing 3 mtr to 10 mtr not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of electric cable and GI tubing in soft/loose soil, including 100mm bore GI tubing, complete all as specified and directed.
