Item Breakup - O-NS ITEMS

Manufacture, supply and delivery of precast Metre drains (M50 grade) of Fuji or equivalent make of similar specifications and dimensions. Size: 600x600(mm) as approved by the site engineer. Note: The above item includes handling, transportation, unloading, and installation at the designated location as per instructions of the engineer-in-charge, ensuring proper alignment and stability. The rate is inclusive of manufacturing of material, supply, delivery, installation at site, labor, tools, equipment, loading, unloading, and all applicable taxes, complete as per site requirements and instructions of the engineer-in-charge. 100% payment will be released after successful laying & installation of drain segments as per site engineer. Laying of PCC will be paid separately.

Design, Manufacture Supply & Installation of Each factory made (wet cast) precast perforated cover of size 500x730x80mm suitable for precast drain of size 600x 600mm (Internal dimensions) Precast cover shall consist of high strength reinforced cement concrete duly steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance selfcompacting concrete of M-50 grade using cement of Gr. 53 as per IS :12269 and TMT steel reinforcement bar of Grade Fe-500 D as per IS: 1786 (minimum reinforcement content shall be 3.10Kg/m. Design shall confirm to IS/BIS/Indian Railway concrete bridge code / JIS standards/Guidelines/codes . Precast product shall take into account expected handing and erection stresses etc. The rate is inclusive of all loading at factory, leading, unloading in vicinity of site approachable by road, which is fit for movement of 40 feet long trucks. Precast factory shall have in-house NABL approved testing facility for quality checks and shall have ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 certification for design, manufacture, dispatch of products and shall preferably be ZED certified. The precast manufacturer should have proven track record in production & supply of precast products. 100% payment will be released after successful laying & installation of Drain Cover as per site engineer.
