Provision of day to day civil maintenance services, supply of water supply and sanitary items including some repair work items for DoT offices in TEC Building at New Delhi for the period of three Months (w.e.f January 2024 to March 2024).

Subhead-I Day-to-day operation of civil service centre

Providing plumbing services for attending day to day complaints of TEC Building as per the directions of Engineer In Charge/ incharge SDE(C). The work shall mainly consists of repairs to water supply, sanitary fittings and drainage system including miscellaneous works. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one plumber/ fitter (1st class). All the T&P required shall be provided/arranged by the contractor for carrying out the work. (Note:- 1) The payment shall be made to the labour/staff through cheque/UPI/NEFT and any other electronice medium.) on or before 07th day of every month by the Agency. 2) Contractor should follow the minimum wage orders issued time to time by the Central Govt./ Delhi Govt. whichwere is higher ) 3) Contractor must have EPF and ESI numbers. 4) Contractor must have to make necessary arrangement of transportation to labour for going to inspection quarters at various places in Delhi. 5) Any labour may be send to other offices as and when required as per instruction of SDE(C)/EE(C). 6) No Rebiursement of EPF & ESI shall be made to the Contractor. 7) Note In case of non supply of labour as specified /directed to SewaKendra , a recovery at the rate of double market rate(as specified by Delhi Govt) shall be made as per current Delhi Govt rates. Providing sewer maintenance services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings as per the directions of Engineer In Charge/ incharge SDE(C). The work shall mainly include cleaning and opening of chocked main hole, W.C.pots,surface drains, sewer line and other such miscellaneous works. The nature of work allotted shall be such that can be handled by one sewerman (1st class).All the T&P required shall be provided/arranged by the contractor for carrying out the work. Providing carpentry/wood work repair services for attending day to day complaints of various residential and non residential buildings as per the directions of Engineer In Charge/ incharge SDE(C). The work shall mainly include repairs to doors,windows,ventilators, frames, shutters replacement of glass panes and other miscellaneous works related to carpentry work.The nature of works allotted shall be such that can be handleed by one carpenter (Ist class). All the T&P required shall be provided/arranged by the contractor for carrying out the work. Extra for making arrangements of a helper/beldar in addition to skilled workers for assisting in plumbing/masonry/carpenry/sewer maintenance works. This items shall be paid for on a perday basis, in case the complaints to be attended in items 1, 2 & 3 are such that it cannot be attended to by single skilled worker. the decision of the Engineer-in-Charge regarding whether an extra helper is required for maintenance on a particular day will final and binding on the contractor.
