Supply, delivery and fixing of 32 mm GI pipes medium for hand rails from I stage to IVth stage. RCC M30 Grade mix for Landing slab 5 nos. at Ground Level- 1No. and above Ground Level - 4Nos. Supply and fixing of 32mm GI pipe medium for hand rails for the Landing slab. Supplying and fixing of MS Base plate of 100mm X 100mm X 6mm thick for fixing Anchore fastener bolt for fixing of hand rails at Landing slab and MS Ladder providing locking arrangements with two coats of approved enamel paint over one coat of red oxide paint as per approved Type Design and as directed by TWAD board officers.

Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1.5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG stone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position, centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc complete

Providing 110mm AC vent cowl arrangements mosquito proof nylon net and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Providing cut stone slab in CM 1:3 of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.15 m and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Providing manhole cover of size 0.60 x 0.60M in RCC 1:1.5:3 with suitable reinforcement and 50x50x6mm MS angle fixed along edges and as directed by TWAD Board officers

Painting TWAD Board emblem on the SR with enamel paint as per Board's specification and as directed by TWAD Board officers
