Dismantling Clearing away and carefully stacking materials useful for reuse for any thickness of walls bricks and stone masonry in cement mortar walls under 3M height and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation and depositing on bank, with initial lead of 10 metres and initial lift of 2 metres in Hard Stiff clay, Stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders as per standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils except hard rock requiring blasting but including baling out water wherever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth and depositing the surplus earth in places shown by the departmental officers with in initial lead and lift etc. complete.

Providing and placing in position plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (One cement, three M-sand and six aggregate) - using 40 mm Maximum size machine broken stone aggregate for foundation in layers of not exceeding 15cm thick including compacting, finishing curing etc ., as per approved drawing and technical specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge of the works.

Providing and placing Plain Cement Concrete M15 grade using 20mm size hard broken granite stone jelly course aggregate to I.S specified grading (To achieve the specified characteristic strength of 15N/mm2 in 28 days) and mixing the ingredients in approved mixer, placing in layers and vibrating, curing, finishing the surface with all leads and lifts etc., complete in all respects so as to attain the profile and strength specified in the approved drawing and specifications as per the direction of the engineer in charge of works and complying with standard specifications.

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-25 Grade in accordance using 20mm with IS:456-2000, and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 350 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.50, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3'3 cu'm') 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu'm') 7670 kg' of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Refilling with excavated sand complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying woven geotextiles of Type I on the prepered subgrade as the specification cum reinforement with nessary over lap as per drawing and as per Morth specification 702 etc., and as directed by the departmental officers.

Precasting Cement Concrete Slabs of size 45x30x 7.5 cm in M15 Design Mix Concrete using 20mm HBGS Jelly. The rate shall include miing Concrete using Batching Plant, laying the concrete in Steel moulds, after properly oiling them and vibrating with a Table vibrator, finishing the top surface smooth, placing the slab along with the mould and base plate in the casting yard, removing the mould carefully after initial setting, placing the slab in curing pond after 24 hours from the time of cating, removing them from curinfg pond after 7days of curing, stacking them in stacking yard with in a lead of 100 metre and curing them for full period by sprinkling water and conveying them to work site with average lead of 5km and laying precast cement concrete slabs for lining slopes of canal with joints not exceeding 6mm, packing the joints with C.M. 1:2 (One Cement and Two Sand) and simultaneous flush pointing with same mortar and curing for 21 days as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of Steel Centering for sides and soffits without strutting for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm x 60 cm. and thickness of B.G. 10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 x 25 x 3 mm, for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced 90cm, Centre to centre complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erection of steel centering for sides and soffits with strutting up to 3m height for plain surface with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90cm. X 60cm. thickness of and B.G.10 stiffened with welded Mild Steel angles of size 25 X 25 X 3mm for boarding, laid over country wood joists of size 10cmX 6.5cm spaced at 90cm. Centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10 to 13cm dia (spaced at 75cm) Centre to centre complying with standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works including cost of steel, binding wire, decoiling, bar bending, Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor Steel etc., complete as per standard specification and as directed by departmental officers.

Refilling with excavated soil ( Other then sand ) complying with standard specification for filling in foundation and basement etc.,and as directed by the departmental officers.

Special ceiling plastering and finishing the exposed surface of all RCC items of work such as slabs, beams, sunshades, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three CS Sand) 10mm thick including hacking the surfaces, providing cement mortar nosing, beading for sunshades, staircases, steps, landing slabs and curing, etc., in all floors complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dewatering the River water using 1 No of 7.5 Hp Pump set including hire Charges , by operating personal including shifting the pump set wherever necessary etc.,complete and as directed by the departmental officers.

Earth work excavation deploying earth moving machinery for desilting channel having a width of more than 10m and forming bund on either sides and depositing the earth on banks including jungle clearance etc complete.
