REPAIR AND MAINT OF HT 11 KV NETWORK ALONGWITH CABLE VCBS DISTRIBUTION TRANSFORMERS AND OTHER CONNECTED ITEMS AT AF STN DINJAN UNDER GE AF MOHANBARI

Taking out serviceable/ unserviceable HT UG cable from trench/ duct/ pole/ surface of cross sectional area 95/185 sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type after electrical disconnection including protection covers, pipe etc of any descriptions complete including segregation of serviceable materials viz protection cover, pipe etc and tracing the location of fault and keep in safe custody for reuse/ further disposal complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Earth work shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Serviceable cover/ pipe will be kept aside for re-use.

Supply, fixing/ laying, testing, connecting and commissioning XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts (Earthed type) grade of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3 core laid in trenches/ on wall/ pole/ duct/ pipe including suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and directed.

Re-laying/ re-routing of serviceable (as obltained from taking out) HT cable of size 95 sqmm, 3 core of any make/ type including making electrical connection complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Earth work shall be measured & paid separately).

Relaying of old serviceable (as obltained from taking out) PCC cable cover in trenches for mechanical protection of UG HT cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2 with peak, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of 150 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr deep for taking out/ laying of under ground cable, pole, pipe, stay and getting out in soft soil strata including making good to the disbturbed surfaces such as hardstanding, footpath/ pavments complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for fine sand cushioning to under ground cable provided with a layer of sand 8 cm depth before laying of cable and 15 cm depth after laying and stretching the cable or spreading on surface for switch yard/ base of paver block complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Punned thickness of sand shall be measured & paid. (ii) Fine sand, free from any type of seeds, vegetation, grass etc shall be laid in switch yard and rate for making sand neat and clean is deemed to be included in the item quoted rate.

Excavation over areas, not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth in soft and loose soil mixed with sand, broken bricks & aggregate and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 250 mtr but not exceeding 500 m out of Air Force Land and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point of any type of mixed soil with sand, broken bricks, aggregate complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for spreading of graded crashed aggregate 40mm nominal size to a true surface and leveled in layers not exc. 20 cm thick for switch yard complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, straight through, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, indoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable jointing kit for 11KV (Earthed) grade cable, outdoor end termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 95 sqmm, 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable and testing complete including cutting of old joint complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dehydration & filteration of transformer oil by dehydration plant (bringing plant at site) including testing of sample before and after dehydration and filteration to achieved 40 KV at 2.5 mm gap complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) The filtration of the transformer oil shall be carried out at different sub stations of Air Force Station Mohanbari. (b) The report before filtration & after filtration to be submitted by contractor. (c) Transformer oil for topping up will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & toping up of new transformer oil (in sealed barrel) confirming to IS 335 Std having dielectric strength 40KV at 2.5mm gap after initial dehydration complete all as specified. Make: Savita/ Castrol/ Power oil/ Truoil.

M&L for spray painting (including bringing compressor of suitable size at site) old painted steel or iron surface of 25 KVA to 200 KVA transformer (11/0.433KV) complete with all connected fittings & fixtures i.e. buchholz relay, conservator tank, cooling fins and other standard fittings & attachments as per existing colour scheme and pattern with atleast two coats of synthetic enameled paint after duly preparing the surface by cleaning with scrapers and emrey paper etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Contractor will apply one layer of greese over specification plate / any written letter before painting and clean the same after painting, rates for the same is deemed to be included in the item quoted rates.

M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high as per colour scheme complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for painting of erected steel tubular swaged pole of HT over head line of 11 m long (except embedded portion) complete including all MS work mounted on pole with two coat of aluminium paint after necessary preparation, cleaning including scrapping up of old corroded paint dirt/ dust/ rust carefully and providing 07 Nos bands/ straps with synthetic enamel paint (any tint 30 cm wide each) from top of plinth block and writing of pole number with white synthetic enamel paint on black back ground complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting the distribution transformer outdoor/ indoor type from HT and LT side, opening carefully at site, draining out transformer oil (keeping safe in barrel for reuse) upto HT/ LT box for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, refilling the transformer oil and re-assembling after repair including testing for any oil leakages and connecting the HT/ LT side and testing on available electric load complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Defective parts shall be measured and paid separately as "Supply only". (b) Charge of welding work (if require) is deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

Supply only LT bushings with brass studs of existing specification.

Supply only top cover gasket set of existing specification and size.

Supply only HT bushing with brass studs 11 KV of existing specification.

Supply and fix in replacement of oil level indicator suitable for 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer alongwith connected accessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of air breather assembly transparent plastic body with top and bottom portion pressed with metallic cover, filled with new silica gel (blue in colour) suitable for 25 to 500 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV transformer, fixing on existing pipe of size 15/20/25 mm dia with suitable reducer/ connector complete as per site requirement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Cost of modification (if required to fix on existing MS pipe) shall be deemed to included in the item quoted rate.

Supply and fix in replacement of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letter, figures and conventional skull & bones in signal red colour & fixed with & including MS clamps, bolts, nuts and of size 25 x 20cm for HT 11KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying in replacement of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage 11 KV for electrical purpose as per IS 15652-2006 (superseding IS 5424) suitable for electrical shock safety of sizes 2m x 1m complete all specified and directed.

Material and labour for lifting of distribution transformer of capacity 100/ 250 KVA, 11/ 0.433 KV carefully by suitable transportation (crane) after disconnecting all HT/ LT electrical connections, earthing strips, foundation nuts & bolts and shifting to a location not more than 100 m and reconnecting all electrical connection to its original positioncomplete all as specified and as directed. Note: Earth work require for re-routing of cable shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for construction of PCC foundation platform with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm gradedcrushed stone aggregate) in foundation including necessary earth work, form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition/ dismantling of concrete of any description and in any position complete including removing out of Air Force Land complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of cross arms bracing supports clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nut, bolts, washers, welded, binding, cold as hot drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer after preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of mild steel chequered plate Fe-410-W (gde-E-250), 7mm thick square cut or notched , forming holes without any attachment as duct covering size and length as approved including primer painting complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of anti climbing devices comprising 2.24mm dia galvanised steel 2-strand barbed wire with 2.00mm dia barbs wrapped spirally round poles, to a length of 0.5 to 1.0 metre clamped and properly secured or as ordered complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Clamps required shall be measured seperately.

S&F in replacement of anti-climbing device spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole or as ordered complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of gang operated air break switch triple pole, mechanically manual operated, mounted on 9 Nos insulator and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level, for current rating upto 400 Amps, 11000 Volts complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of lightning arrester expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 Kilo Amps, 11000 volts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixing in replacement of flex fiber board of minimum thickness 5mm, surface/ wall mounting type, digitally printed with letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) as per sample including cutting into pieces as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of any shape and size confirming to IS: 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade laid with grey cement and no pigment including sand cushion 25 mm thick and demolition/ dismantling of old concrete of any description and removing out of Air Force Land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for surface dressing n exc15 cm deep complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub- class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in cement mortar in 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
