Laying only PVC insulated and XLPE power cable of 1100V grade of 4 core 16 Sqmm size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc, as required.
Laying only PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1100V grade of 4 core 16 Sqmm size in the existing RCC / HUME / METAL pipe as required.
Supply, laying, jointing, testing & commissioning LT XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, heavy duty, electric cables of cross sectional area 4 core 16 sqmm, 1100 volts grade with multistandard aluminium conductor laid in trenches / passing through pipe / duct / road crossing or fixed on pole, walls with suitable size clamps made out of mild steel flat iron including jointing material such as lugs, brass cable glands etc, including testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Excavation and earthwork, sand cushioning, GI pipe and PCC cable covers will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this Schedule.
S&F, street light control junction box 195 x 135 x 90mm upto 25 Sqmm 3.5/4 core cables made out of FRP sheet moulded and arrangement for incoming and outgoing 3 phase, 4 wire system with R, Y, B & N studs and control for LED light fitting incoming and outgoing cables with MCB SP 10 Amps, 230 volts with neutral link including pole mounting kit complete all as specified and directed.
Supply & passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated copper conductor cable of size 3 core 1.5 Sqmm served with an inner sheathing of PVC tape armoured with galvanised steel wire or tape and overall PVC sheathed 1.5 Sqmm 3 core round in service connections complete all as specified and directed.
Supply and Lay Galvanised steel tube 40mm dia, light grade with all fittings, complete fixed to walls, pole or laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.
Erection of steel tubular or rail pole strut in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling and secured with holding clamps, bolts, nuts etc as required.
Supply only, steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, final taper plug, bolts, nuts, screws as specified type 410 SP-31 (9 metre long) complete including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of primer on all exposed surfaces and tarring with black bituminous paint to embedded portion in PCC and providing 03 Nos of 15cm wide circular bands in black and yellow paint starting from 1.0m above coping at a gap of 15cm in between 2 bands and numbering of pole in yellow paint over black painted back ground at a height of 2m from bottom of pole with 5cm large bold letters 2" wide complete all as specified and directed. Note: Erection of pole will be executed and paid separately under above Sl item No. 7 in this schedule.
Providing and making steel pole coping with cement concrete (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 stone aggregate 20mm) of specified size and shape including formwork, plastering if required, curing etc as required (volume of pole / pipe not to be deducted).
S&F, 60W high efficient LED street light fixture, single piece aluminum pressure die cast housing (LM6) alloy, luminaire system efficacy > 110 lm/W, System lumens 9900lm, high purity polycarbonate / toughened glass diffuser with silicon gaskets for IP-66 (No glue) protection, IK-07, surge protection not less than 10KV, IEC 60598 to be followed, driver efficiency >85%, power factor > 0.95, THD < 10%, driver make must be as luminaries, LED used to be SMD LED, secondary optics is must for better light distribution, LED type for better colour matching and to avoid colour shift with LED binning as per ANSI standard, LED makes: Nichia / Cree / Osram / Philips Lumiled, colour rendering index CRI > 70, temperature range 0 to 45 degree centigrade, CCT 5700K, lifetime 50000 hours @ L70 B50 (as per TM21), photo biological safety report as per IEC 62471, voltage range 220-240V AC and safety on low voltage / high voltage, BIS R No. is mandatory and name of the company or logo must be embossed for LED light fixtures / drivers, submission of LM79-2008, certification & Type Test Report (TTR) before claiming payment, fixture shall be fitted to GI bracket 20 to 50mm dia of medium Grade complete all as specified and directed. Make: Havells / Philips or Wipro.
M&L for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to GI wire of 4mm dia as earth lead by means of bolts, nuts, washers and check nuts made out of galvanized iron or steel including testing on completion. The unit rate shall also include for earthwork in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 50mm thick cover slab reinforced with 6 Nos of 8mm dia TMT bars both ways, funnel with watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade, GI protection pipe medium grade 15mm dia for GI wire and 40mm for GI strip and wire mesh, complete all as speciified and directed.
Supplying & laying, 6mm SWG GI wire at 0.50m below ground level for conductor earth electrode, including connection / termination with GI thimble etc as required complete all as specified and directed.
S&F, bracket suitable for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI tubing light grade 1.5m long bent to shape, fixed with necessary nuts bolts and clamps of size 32 x 6mm complete all as specified and directed.
Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 40cm (any type of soil) depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50m complete all as specified and directed. Note: Contractor has to take level of entire site jointly with executive staff and submit level on graph sheet at intervals as directed by GE before commencement and completion of excavation work to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. No extra cost will be made to contractor in this regards.
Earthwork in excavation by mechnical means over areas (exc 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m in ordinary rock complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Removing excavated rock upto 1.00 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, stacking, laying & spreading for 200mm thick (spread thickness) soiling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried and compacting stone aggregate of size 90mm to 45mm in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete all as specified and directed.
Supply, stacking, laying & spreading for 63mm to 45mm stone aggregate for 150mm thick (spread thickness) in two layers consisting of 75mm thick (compacted thickness) each layers with broken boulders or quarried and compacting stone aggregate of sizes to WBM specifications in uniform thickness, hand picking, rolling with 3 wheeled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne capacity in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density complete all as specified and directed.
Providing & applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion with rapid setting bitumen emulsion VG-30 @ 1Kg/Sqm conforming to IS-8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the WBM surface after cleaning with mechanical broom complete all as specified and directed.
Providing & laying bituminous macadam 50mm average compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity) using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density complete as per specifications and directions of Enigneer-in-Charge.
Providing & applying tack coat using bitumen emulsion conforming to IS-8887, using emulsion pressure distributer including preparing the surface and cleaning with mechanical broom with rapid setting bitumen emulsion on bituminous surface @ 0.25Kg/Sqm complete all as specified and directed.
Providing & laying semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm compacted thickness with bitumen of grade VG-30 @ 5% (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (percentage by weight of aggregate) prepared in batch type hot mix plant of 100-120 TPH capacity using crushed stone aggregate of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site by tippers, laying with paver finisher equiped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction and density then rolling followed by pneumatic type roller as per specifications complete and as per directions of Enigneer-in-Charge.
Providing & applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro reflective) of specified shade / colour using not thermoplastic material by fully / semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc, complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and accordance with applicable specifications.
Providing 100mm thick moorum filling as in side berms including supplying of required materials and consolidation etc, complete all as specified and directed.
Manufacturing, supplying & fixing retro reflective cautioning / warning sign boards of equilateral triangular shape having each side of 900mm with support length of 3650mm made up of 2mm thick aluminum sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity encapsulated type heat activated retro reflective sheeting conforming to type-IV of ASTM D 4956-01 in blue and silver white or other colour combination including subject matter, message (bilingual), symbols and borders etc, as per IRC: 67:2001, pasted on substrate by an adhesive backing which shall be activated by applying heat and pressure conforming to class-2 of ASTM-D-4956-01 and fixing the same with suitable sized aluminium alloy rivets @ 20cm c/c to back support frame of MS angle iron of size 25 x 25 x 3mm alongwith theft resistant measures, mounted and fixed with 02 Nos MS angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm to a vertical post made upto MS tee section ISMT 50 x 50 x 6mm welded with base plate of size 100 x 100 x 5mm at the bottom end and including making holes in pipes, angles flats, providing & fixing MS message plate or required size, steel work to be painted with two or more coats of synthetic enamel paint of required shade and of approved brand & manufacture over priming coat of zinc chromate yellow primer (vertical MS tee support to be painted in black and white colours). Backside of aluminium sheet to be painted with two or more coats of epoxy paint over a including appropriate priming coat including all leads and lifts etc, complete as per drawing, specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Earthwork in excavation by mechnical means (hydraulic excavation) / manual means over areas (exc 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out all kind of soil and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 20mm thick in CM (1:4) over concrete / stone masonry surfaces and finished the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed.
Returning filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc, in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering lead upto 50m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated soil material upto 1.00 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Removing excavated rock upto 1.00 KM and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.
Providing & fixing on wall face unplasticised rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS: 13592 type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS: 5382, leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion, single socketed pipes of 75mm diameter as in weep hole complete all as specified and directed.
