PAINTING TO RUNWAY, PARALLEL TAXI TRACK (PTT) AND DISPERSAL MARKINGS, INSIDE HANGERS, REPAIR AND STICKERING OF SIGN BOARDS/ DTGM BOARDS WITH UPVC PIPES AND INCLUDING ALLIED STRUCTURES ALONG RUNWAY AND PTT AT ARAKKONAM

Material and labour for preparing of old flexible /rigid surfaces by wire brush and remove dust particles, etc., by using compressed air blow or vaccum clean to ensure free from contaminants, flying debris, laitance, loosely adhering concrete, after that applying one coat of aqua water based painting of any tint approved by MORTH, IRTC and AAI as in lettering, dashes, arrows for preparation of old painted rigid surface exc 10cm wide applying complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: one coat of aqua water based road marking /runways paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions alongwith MORTH technology and specially by using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.01 here-in-before but on old painted flexible /bituminous surfaces.

Material and labour for preparing of old flexible /rigid surfaces by wire brush and remove dust particles, etc., by using compressed air blow or vacuum clean to ensure free from contaminants, flying debris, laitance, loosely adhering concrete, after that applying one coat of chlorinated rubberised painting of any tint as in lettering, dashes, arrows old painted concrete surfaces, exc 10 cm width or girth including prepartion complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No.03 here-in-before but not exc 10cm width or girth.

Material and labour for one coat of retro reflective painting to runway, taxi way, centre line, apron markings etc., either continuous or broken lines to the required width and length over the existing painting surface /new surface on bituminous surface with solvent based road marking paint (Retro reflective paint) Brand: Road King or equivalent brand approved by MORTH, IRTC and AAI including supply of paint material at the rate of 0.5 litre per sqm and glass beads at the rate of 0.35 Kg per Sqm (Reflective index 1.5) with self propelled airless spray painting equipment including, remove dust particles by using compressed air blow or vaccum clean to ensure free from contaminants, flying debris, laitance, loosely adhering concrete, preparation of surface upto the requirements at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Retro reflective paint shall be applied as per manufacturers instructions along with MORTH technology and specially using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on old decorated plastered or unplastered surface walls by scrapping with steel wire brush, washing and cleaning and applying two coats of oil emulsion distember a layer of wall care putty 3mm thick over a coat of wall primer at any height of building/ tower complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Colour and shade will be approved by GE.

Material and labour for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls including cornices, chajjas and shades etc., including complete removal of existing treatment by washing, rubbing down and stoping the connected previously treated surfaces and applying two coats of exteror wall paint weather coat paint chequred pattern /zebranic pattern white /terracota (first quality), with a layer of wall care putty 3mm thick over a coat of wall primer at any height of building /tower complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix 6mm thick black hylem sheet for making sign board for making letters of signboard of runway/ PTT including nuts, bolts and fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for self illuminious reflected tape of colour and tint as directed for writing letter and numbers on black hylem sheets/ DTGM board complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fix high density UPVC pipe 40/ 50mm bore ASTM-1 coloured pipe (threaded pipe) of schedule 40, fixed complete sign boards /DTGM board fixing including complete fittings and accessories fixed or embeded in post hole with PCC 1:2:4 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note for serial item No. 1 to 10: Kind attention of tenders is invited to that runway will be available to execute the work on saturday and sunday or on holiday or as required by the user. The tenderer has to work as per user's requirement and unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for this provision /condition.
